Chapter 56

(Readers POV)

I stood straight, looking at the Grimm version of my mother. I clenched my teeth. She stared at me with a burning hatred.

(Y/N): I'm going to make sure you suffer for what you did to my family! For my parents and sisters!

Grimm Salem: I've come too far to get stopped by a little child like you. Your final breath will be here, along with the rest of everyone here that wishes to go against me.

I saw my mother try to get up, but Oscar got in front of her and put his cane in front of her.

Ozpin: You've fought enough. Just rest.

Salem: Yes.

She nodded her head as she shed a few tears before wiping them away with her hand.

Grimm Salem: Hazel! Tyrian! Kill them all!

Tyrian tried to run forward, but Hazel grabbed his shoulder. Hazel grabbed Tyrian's scorpion tail and threw him into Grimm Salem. I took a step back in surprise. Hazel walked over and stood next to me.

(Y/N): Hazel? What are you doing?

Hazel: The only reason I sided with her was to get revenge for my sister's life. I thought Ozpin was the reason Gretchen lost her life. I wanted to get rid of him so the pain I felt wouldn't be felt by anyone else. But seeing as that woman was the cause for you losing your family, I'll stand and help you fight.

I smiled and put my hand on Hazel's arm.

(Y/N): Thank you Hazel. That means a lot to me. Now let's get revenge for every life that Grimm cut short.

Hazel reached into his pocket and pulled out several Dust crystals and stabbed them into his shoulders. His arms started to have Dust element energy flowing through them. Tyrian and Grimm Salem stood up.

Tyrian: Just one betray after another! Why is everyone betraying our goddess!?

Grimm Salem: You will fall! All of you!

Me and Hazel ran forward. Grimm Salem made several Grimm tentacles and sent them at me and him. Hazel threw his hand forward, sending fire and burning the tentacles. Tyrian got right in front of me and cut me with his scorpion tail. I can feel a deadly poison fill my body. Hazel brought his fist back and punched Tyrian in the stomach, sending him up into the ceiling.

(Y/N): Hazel! Throw me!

Hazel: Got it!

He picked me up and started to spin me around. He let go of me, making me fly directly at Grimm Salem. I curled up into a ball and a ton of hedgehog quills covered my body. I crashed into Grimm Salem. She screamed in pain, but made a magic blast, sending me back and crashing into the floor.

Grimm Salem: That will be the last attack you hit me with!

She tried to step forward, but she groaned in pain and fell down to her knees.

Grimm Salem: Wh-What's going on?!

(Y/N): When my quills penetrated your body, they filled you with the poison that Tyrian so graciously gave me. Now choke on the poison from your most loyal follower.

Tyrian got out of the ceiling and looked at me with absolutely insanity.

Tyrian: You're trying to use poison against our goddess?! You really are a little shit eater!

He ran directly at me. I smiled as Hazel came up behind him and grabbed his tail, swinging Tyrian over his shoulder and slamming him into the ground.

Grimm Salem: This is absurd... I won't let it end like this! Son! Kill these worthless pieces of human life!

I saw Grimm me stand up and tried to scream again. I saw Blake's ribbon wrap around his neck tightly, suffocating him and unable to scream. I looked over and saw Yang, Blake, Jaune, and Ren pulling tightly on the ribbon.

Yang: Don't worry. We'll make sure this imposter doesn't get a single word in.

I gave them a thumbs up. I can feel my body start to recover from Tyrian's poison. The same was for Grimm Salem as she dashed forward at me. Father got in front of me and knocked her away with his cane.

Ozpin: It still feels weird to hit a woman that's looks so much like your mother. But since she isn't a part of her anymore, I won't have to hold back.

Grimm Salem: Ozma! I've had enough of you!

Ozpin: I haven't heard that name in a long time.

Grimm Salem: Why do you kept coming back?!

Grimm Salem made a magic beam, aiming at me and father. Another beam clashed with it. I looked back and saw that my mother is the one firing it. They both stopped their magic beams.

Salem: No. You won't hurt them anymore. Not with me around.

Grimm Salem started to scream at the top of her lungs. I felt everything start to shake as a ton of pressure was coming from her body. After a while, she stopped scream and took a deep breath.

Grimm Salem: You all will die.

I looked back and saw Hazel slam Tyrian's head into the ground, knocking him out. Hazel jumped up and clapped his hands together, making a huge ball of energy above him. He threw it at Grimm Salem, making her try to stop the ball with her magic. Hazel ran behind her and grabbed onto her. The energy ball crashed into them, making a ton of smoke cover the area. The smoke faded as Grimm Salem was struggling to get out of his grasp.

Hazel: Kids! Throw the Grimm (Y/N) over here!

Jaune: You got it!

Yang yanked on the ribbon, making Grimm me fly back towards them. Yang punched him and Blake got her ribbon off his neck, making him fly over to Hazel. Hazel grabbed onto Grimm me and bit down on a fire Dust crystal, burning the two Grimm and himself.

Hazel: Do it, now!

Father pointed his cane forward at the Grimm. I got to his right and put my hand on the cane too. I felt a hand on mine. I looked over and saw mother standing to my right.

Ozpin: Now, put as much magic as you can into the cane!

Me, father, and mother started to do that. The cane started to glow with rainbow energy that was about to burst out of it. Blake quickly threw her ribbon over to Hazel. He grabbed o to it and Blake, Yang, Jaune, and Ren pulled him out of the way.

Hazel, Blake, Yang, Jaune, Ren: There's your chance!

All this magic energy I can feel going through the cane is incredible. Me, father, and mother got ready.

(Y/N), Ozpin, Salem: This is the power of our family!

We all shouted as we launched all the charged up energy at Grimm Salem and Grimm me. They started to scream as their body started to disintegrate. The magic beam started to destroy the huge whale Grimm as well. The beam went all the way into the sky, flying off into outer space. The beam eventually stopped. Me, father, and mother are breathing heavily as all the Grimm in the area was destroyed. I looked up at the sky that is covered in dark clouds and saw a huge space where there isn't any clouds, letting the sun shine down where everyone was standing.

(Y/N): It's finally over...

I whispered to myself.

Salem: Sweetie? Did you say something?

I wrapped my arms around mother and father as tightly as I could as I started to cry uncontrollably.

(Y/N): It's finally over!

I said in between broken sobs as my tears flowed freely. Mother and father held me as tightly as they could back, both of them shedding tears too. My cries echoed out, being the only thing that could be heard as no one else made a sound.

(Y/N): I finally have you back...
