Chapter 33 - The News

Bec’s POV

I got out of bed and stretched my body. Last night was so much fun at One Direction. Bella and Allie were going crazy like usual and me Michael just enjoyed the show, while Ashton, Calum and Luke were rocking out, haha those boys. MY belly started to rumble so I went into the kitchen. I grabbed a bowl of ceral and plopped myself on the couch. I watched the news and found out today was going to be freezing great. Then after a bit I was I was joined by everyone else apart from Bella she was still sleeping typical her. Allie was cuddling with Calum, Luke and Ashton were chewing into their cereal. Michael then came over a placed himself on my lap.

“Thanks” I said sarcastically to him.

“No worries” he replied.

Then suddenly the news reporter was making a big announcement.

“Breaking news. A month ago we brought you photos of this mystery girl with Ashton Irwin from 5 Seconds of Summer and Harry Styles from One Direction. Rumors had spread saying that this girl was messing around with both of the boys.  Well today we can now confirm that the girl’s name is Bella Hopkins and that she has been seeing with Harry Styles. The two were seen yesterday morning at a local park.  Here is a picture from yesterday’s events.”

They the showed a picture of Bella and Harry centimetre apart. Shit. Bella what have you done?

“So we want to know from the public who do you think Bella should be with Ashton Irwin or Harry Styles? Or should she not go out with either of them. That’s all we have time for thanks for tuning in today!”

I sat there and everything was still. No one spoke.. and know one moved. I then realised shit, Ashton just saw all of that. I looked over at him and his face looked a bit white, he was breathing a bit deeply and he looked broken, lost and damaged. His usual smile and laugh was now gone. Ive never seen my best friend like this…

“Morning all!” a voice came from behind us. It was Bella.

Bella’s POV

Everyone was looked still what was happening? Did something bad just happen?

“umm guys what is happening?” I asked. Ashton then got up and raced past me and into his room.

“can someone please let me know what is happening?” I asked.

“Bella what have you done?” Michael asked. Wait what? What did I do?? Im so confused!!?

“umm im sorry what did I do?” I asked.

“Bella since when have you and Harry been hooking up??” Bec asked me. WAIT WHAT!!! I HAVE NEVER EVEN KISSED THE GUY!
