Tw: sleep deprivation, intrusive thoughts, and implied trauma.
Third person POV
Tommy woke up from his nap. He tried to stand up but got pulled back down by someone's arms. "Tommyyyyyy, stayyyy." Tubbo says groggily. Tommy sighs, knowing he can't get out of Tubbo's grasp, and laid back down. He was still tired as he hadn't had a good sleep in several months. Ranboo, who was already awake, pulled Tubbo and Tommy closer to him. "I have to get up. Dream will be worried about me." Tommy groaned. Ranboo warbled but didn't say anything. Tubbo pulled Tommy closer and said "Dream knows you're here. He knows that you're safe. You need to sleep." Tommy sighs then pushes up to try and get out of Tubbo's hold. After several attempts Tommy finally gave up. Tubbo bleated in satisfaction after Tommy gave up. "Guys I have a child. Shroud is gonna be so worried 'bout me." Tommy says. Tubbo bleated but let Tommy go. "Thank you big man," Tommy says before standing up. "Toms, let me teleport you back at least." Ranboo says. Tommy would have disagreed but he was scared of running into Wilbur. He agreed but said that he would make it up to Ranboo. "You don't have to do anything Toms. I am choosing to teleport you." Ranboo says. "I know but I want to." Tommy says, lying through his teeth. Technically it was slightly true but his thoughts were I don't deserve them. They hate me. I am so useless. They don't actually care about me. It's understandable that they wouldn't because I'm so useless and annoying.
Ranboo teleported Tommy to his, Dream, and Shrouds house. Shroud immediately ran to his father and Dream thanked Ranboo for taking care of Tommy. "Dada! I missed you." Shroud said getting picked up by Tommy. Tommy just smiled as Shroud drifted of to sleep in his arms. Dream hugged Tommy, being careful to not hurt Shroud, and smiled at him. "Quackity, Sapnap, and Karl were all worried about you. They're here when you're ready to see them." Dream says. Tommy nods but and walks to the living room. The three fiancés were cuddled up on the couch, they all seemed rather worried. Sapnap looked up to see Tommy. Relief immediately flooded his features as he sees that Tommy is safe. He beckons Tommy to sit with them. Tommy sits down next in between Karl and Sapnap. Karl looks up at the weight that's added and immediately starts crying. He hugs Tommy, again being careful as Shroud is in Tommy's arms. Quackity looks up because Karl leaned away from him and sees Tommy. "Hey Toms. Glad you're ok." Quackity says in a genuine tone. Tommy just smiles back. They could all tell that he was tired. Tommy eventually got up and put Shroud to bed. When he came back down Dream was sitting with the fiancés. Karl and Quackity were both asleep and Sapnap was talking to Dream. Sapnap notices Tommy entering the room and smiled. "Hey Dream I'm gonna take these two to bed. You and Tommy talk about it." Sapnap says picking up Quackity. Karl, who is a very light sleeper, woke up and sat up very groggily. He saw Sapnap standing and he also stood up and they all went upstairs. Dream and Tommy thanked them then Tommy sat down with Dream.
"Hey Toms. I'm so so so sorry about the Wilbur thing. I honestly didn't know that he would be here. Did Tubbo and Ranboo tell you?" Dream asks. Tommy shakes his head, clearly confused. Dream sighs "I'll ask them when they're gonna tell you. Anyways how are you doing. I know that Wilbur scared you and all and I'm sorry that it happened." Dream says. Tommy could tell that Dream was beating himself up and blaming himself for it. "Dad your fine. You didn't know. Please stop apologizing." Tommy says while hugging his father. Dream smiles at Tommy but Tommy can see a bit of hesitation. "Hey Toms, do you need me to help you with your wings?" Dream asks. Tommy nods and turns around, allowing Dream to clear and clean his wings.
(I swear to god if anyone says anything about bird getting aroused when their wings are touched I am blocking them. Tommy sees Dream as his DAD. Dream is helping him and it's meant to be helpful for Tommy. I can't believe that I have to clarify this but I do because the internet is amazing but sometimes people are disgusting and they ship shit like Tommy and Dream.)
After Dream finished that he and Tommy cuddled for the rest of the night. Shroud joined them at some point and they all cuddled like one big happy family. Tommy thought that maybe just maybe things will get better. Little did Tommy know, things were about to go to shit for him...
Hello humans! I am so so so sorry for not posting yesterday. I passed out and needed to go to the E.R. I'm so sorry. Anyways I decided that I will be editing "Forgotten (Dream angst)" because I don't like how repetitive it is and I think that I can do better now.
