🌉 Chapter 1

I wake up by the sound of Jennie calling my name, she seemed worried about something so i ask her half asleep "what's wrong?" And she whispers in my ear "I saw Carl and Enid together, they were very close and she kept flirting with him, i think she's going to confess to him or something"

"What!?" I say now fully awake "You must be exaggerating, I'm pretty sure that they are just having a short conversation like they always do"
"No, they aren't, i saw it with both my eyes, and Enid kept making physical contact" says Jennie annoyed.

"Is that so? Do you think that they are still talking? Cause i want to see it too" i reply now starting to worry about it too. "Yes, i think so, come, i will take you to were they are and you will see it too" says Jennie taking my hands and pushing me up from the bed. "Okay let's go" i reply as i get out of my cell and follow her.

Jennie knows that i have had a crush on Carl for a long time, we used to be so close but after Enid came things changed...he doesn't even bother talking to me anymore.... and although we used to talk to each a lot, i never had the chance to get closer to him, Not after Enid came....

As me and Jennie walk to the prison's cafeteria we hear Enid and Carl laughing and once we get there i see them sitting on a table talking, and as soon as I enter the place, Enid places her hands on top Carl's hands and looks into my eyes for a moment. I try to pretend that i don't care so i walk by them with Jennie and i just say "Morning" with a neutral tone of voice. "Oh hi Y/N" Carl says on a happy tone of voice, but i just ignore him and keeps walking. After that Jennie and i sit outside the prison and start talking.

Jeenie: Did you see that? I wasn't exaggerating

Y/N: Yeah, and did you see Enid? The moment i walked in she took Carl's hands and looked right into my eyes, as if she was trying to get me angry!

Jeenie: Yes i did, that stupid bitch

Y/N: But honestly, we aren't dating, so i can't even be mad at him, and he clearly likes Enid better

Jeenie: And I don't understand why, why does he rather spend his time with her rather than you? He must be blind!

"You know girl, it's true, there isn't much you can do about it, but...you can do a lot about that" Jeenie says while she looks at Ron coming in our direction.

Y/N: What? Ron?

Jeenie: Yess, he's clearly so into you

Y/N: No he's not!

Jeenie: Yes he is! Trust me, look at him right now, as he comes into our direction he can't even take his eyes out of you

Y/N: I mean, he's quite a charm, you know what? Fuck Carl, I'm going to focus on Ron now

Jeenie: As you should *She says Giggling*

Ron: Hi Jeenie, hi Y/N, can i talk to you for a bit?

Y/N: Sure *I say as get up*

Ron: okay, come here

I follow Ron for a place just a bit distant from where i was sitting with Jeenie, just so she couldn't hear us.

"So, i wanted to know if you would like to come with me for a walk later at night, i would love to get to know you better" says Ron nervous and with his voice shaking a bit. "Sure, i would love to know you better too, at what hours?" I ask trying to stay calm "at 9pm, meet at your block's door" Ron says now less nervous. "ok, i will" i say excited to tell it to Jeeni "ok, bye" -"byee"

Ron walks to some other place and i go back to Jeenie, smiling at her due to what had just happened.
