ch.10 Airport Battle

Ruby pov

Peter and I were in a nice car heading to the airport to take us to Germany to help Tony Stark and Peter was filming the trip.

Peter(in a gravelly voice): New York, Queens. It's a rough place but hey its home.

Happy: Hey who are you talking to?

Peter: No one, just making a little video of the trip.

Happy: You do know that you two can't show that to anyone.

Ruby: Yeah we know but it will be fun for us to rewatch it later.

Happy: Then why was he talking in that voice?

Peter: Cause it's funny

Happy (unamused): Funny.

Ruby: So why do they call you happy?

Happy then rolled up the one way window between the driver's seat and seats in the back.

Not too long after Peter, Happy, and I arrived at the airport and were getting onto the airplane which reminded me a lot of the airships that took me to Beacon.

Happy: Come on. I'm not carrying your bags. Let's go.

Ruby: Um, are there any things I should do before getting on?

Peter: Like going to the bathroom?

Happy: There is a bathroom on it.

After getting on the plane I was surprised at how clean it was. Way cleaner than the airships I was used to riding.

Ruby: Wow it's so clean in here.

Peter: Woah, no pilot? That's awesome.

I took a set on the opposite row from Happy with Peter sitting across from him.

Happy: Is that where you're going to sit?

Peter: Yeah.

Happy: This your first time on a private plane?

Peter: My first time on any plane.

Happy decided to move seats back so I decided to take Happy's seat across from Peter.

Not to long the plane started making a sound that I was very use to thanks to being around airships however Peter was a bit spooked by the noise

Peter: Should it…? Should it be…? Should it be making that noise?

Ruby: I think its normal the ships I have been on made a similar noise so it should be okay

During the plane ride Peter decided to film Happy snoring

Ruby (whispering): Peter don't do it.

Peter (whispering): it will be fine, relax.

Ruby (to the camera Peter was holding): I had no part in this.

Peter got really close to Happy before Happy jerked awake causing Peter to jump back into his seat quickly turning off his phone so Happy wouldn’t know what he did.

Happy:What happened

Peter: Um I-

Ruby: It was just some turbulence

Happy: Oh, okay listen you two, you better be on your best behavior when we land okay if guys get into any trouble than I am going to be held responsible got it.

Ruby: We understand

Peter: Yeah we won't misbehave at all sir.

Happy: Okay good I am going to go back to sleep, you should too you are going to be very busy when we land.
