Doctor Bronze pov
You were typing on a makeshift control panel that was what used to be a cargo container for transporting dust. When you heard footsteps coming toward you, and you heard a familiar voice
Ronan: Hey Doc how long until your portal thingy is ready.
Doctor Bronze: It won't be long Roman, why?
Roman: Well Doc I just found ower first test subject.
The doctor turns around and see two white fang guards bring in a girl who looked 15 years old.
Doctor Bronze: 'dear god what is she doing here and is he seriously wanting to use that girl to test this machine'.
Doctor Bronze: You can't be serious Torchwitch. You want to use this girl to test this machine?! She's just a kid!
Roman: Are you having second thoughts about our deal doctor. (gestures to himself and then to you)
Doctor Bronze:(remorsefully) No. Oh course not. Just set her over their (points to a railing by the control terminal)
The two guards set Ruby by and tie her to the railing Doctor bronze gestured to. The two guards left with Torchwitch. As soon as they leave the doctor walks to Ruby.
Doctor: Are you okay.
???:(worried) Yeah why? Who are you? And what's that*gestures with her head towards the machine*
(it looks like this but it looks more it was built by scrapes and has to huge glass cylinders full of energy dust on either side of it)
Doctor: I am Doctor Bronze and I'm a scientist from Atlas and that is a machine that I designed and invented and it can teleport people anywhere on remnant.
???:(panicked) Wait!What!
Doctor: Shhh keep you voice down if they find out that I’m telling you this they will kill me.
???: Okay. So are you telling me that you built a machine that can teleport people anywhere?
Doctor: Yes.
???: Wow that's incredible.
Doctor Bronze: Yes. Yes it is. So... what's your name and why are you in one of the most dangerous place in Vale?
???: I am Ruby Rose and I am a student at beacon.
Doctor: Well Ruby it's good to meet you.
Ruby: it's good to meet you too, and the reason I am in Mountain Glenn is because I am on a mission with my team.
Doctor: huh that would make sense, but aren’t you a little young to be going to Beacon.
Ruby: Oh well Ozpin let me into Beacon early.
Doctor: Huh interesting.
Ruby: So Doctor Bronze do you think you can untie me
Doctor: Oh of course.
Ruby: Thanks.
When you finished untying Ruby you got back to setting up the machine
Ruby: So Doctor.
Doctor Bronze: Yes Ruby
Ruby: Well I was wondering why are you helping Torchwitch.
Doctor: Well Ruby the reason I am helping them is because Torchwitch and his Boss found me because of my research and they wanted to help me build my machine. *gestures to the portal*, but when I found out what their real intentions were I made some adjustments to it so if they turn it on it will teleport them into a prison, or into the middle of a ocean or some where so they won't hurt anyone else.
Doctor Bronze: So where's your team?
Ruby: Above the serfac..
Suddenly there's a big explosion and both you and Ruby look in the direction of the explosion and see Weiss, Blake, Yang, and Doctor Oobleck. Run toward you two with several white fang guards running in front of them toward the portal completely ignoring you and Ruby
Torchwich: Quick one of you idiots turn on the damn machine.
You quickly finish the coordinates to the machine only for you to be knocked over by some White Fang guards and the White Fang lieutenant grabbed you and through you to the side. The lieutenant and some other guards start flicking switches randomly and the lieutenant is about to hit the button to turn on the portal.
Doctor Bronze: No stop don't touch that button!
