We entered the club with no problems, the smell of alcohol and BO suffocating my nostrils. The music pounding in my ears so loud, I thought my eardrums were going to burst any minute. The lights danced around the crowded room, people grinding and groping eachother like there's no tomorrow.
Damon placed his hands on my nude shoulders steering me towards the storm of teenagers and making our way to the bar. I sat down in one of the three empty stools facing the dance floor.
I've never been to a club before, and I actually love it. Well except the smell but I just love how they seem relaxed.
"what do you want to drink Summer?" Damon yelled over the thudding music.
My last day of having fun. Live a little. A voice urged in my head. Have some fun!
"I would like a..." I trailed off raking my brain for any alcohol names I could think of, but what sort. My eyes landed on a bottle behind the counter "um the demon r-rum?" I answered unsure.
Damon's' face immediately paled as I expected. A small grin of satisfaction forming its way to my lips, this is my last day of fun. I just want to live for once!
I adjusted the skin tight green dress and placed my elbows on the counter looking at the blonde bartender through my eye lashes. " I would like the demon rum please?" I spoke loud enough for him to hear.
"sure thing gorgeous" he commented with a sly smile, his eyes never leaving my chest. My face started to heat, why did I choose this dress again? Oh yes to prove, I'm in control of my own life. Trust me, it almost took a whole hour for Damon to finally agree on me wearing it.
Gah how I hate these hormones, I excepted to be like normal girls, during their menstrual cycle locked up in my room, complaining about my stomach pains. But no offcourse not, I had to be one of those with weird mood swings and bad attitudes. I honestly wouldn't blame Damon if he was ticked off at me.
"no she's NOT having any, get her some water or coke" Damon spoke frowning at me, while I rolled my eyes. You see what I mean? I just can't help it. The bartender stopped and stared at Damon not sure of what to get.
"the demon rum"
"Summer I'm not letting you get drunk" he stated firmly with his jaw clenched.
"you see it's my choice, no one can tell me what to do if I don't want to," I commented sweetly using his own words, "if you do not want any, you do not have to"
"damit, Summer your not drinking" why not? He is so stubborn, it's my choice!
"you're not my father" I yelled desperately he sighed,
"I know Summer, but I am your bodyguard" he spoke softly holding my hands in his. Is that supposed to change something? I thought sceptically.
"Damon I'm having some" I spoke softly too. he just stared at me silently begging with his eyes. I spun around to the bartender, "I would still like the rum please" he nodded his head before doing these awesome tricks.
