PROLOGUE
Meilin Wáng was a professional golfer.
Alex Albon was a Formula One driver.
The pair met when they were at a party of a mutual friend, and whilst Alex was stuttering in nerves, Meilin had asked him out on a date.
She always had been a very confident person, and blunt at some times too, so she didn't even hold back when she felt an attraction to the Thai driver.
When he invited her to join him at a few of his races and to meet his friends, Meilin was immediately welcomed by the people who he called his friends.
Alex Albon was surprised with how quickly he had found himself falling in love with the golfer since he had always thought that he would fall in love with her slowly, but found that he was falling in love with her quickly and all at once.
Within a matter of months, he surprised himself when he was already thinking about marriage and settling down with children, but knew that with her career that she wouldn't want to do it just yet.
But he was okay with that, because he would wait as long as he had to.
Because he had his eyes focused solely on her.
She was his and he was hers.
