Have y'all ever made a life changing decision and you end up making the wrong choice? Well I did and everyday that I look into those golden brown eyes and watch as she leaves my bed to return to her family I'm constantly reminded that it's because of that stupid decision I made way back. Of course you guys don't know what I'm talking about so let me take you back to where it all started....
Flashback 10 years ago...
I nervously fiddled with my backpack straps as I nervously walk through the college halls heading to my dorm room, this felt like high school all over again. I finally reached my assigned room and pull all my bags inside luckily my roommate isn't here yet so I get time to adjust to my new surroundings. It wasn't until a couple hours that there was a knock on my door followed by a very pretty tall and lean brown skin girl.
"Hi I'm Kelendria but I go by Kelly and I'm your roommate!"
She happily greets "hi I'm Y/n and it's nice to meet you, here let me help you with your things"
Ever since then she and I has become best of friends but we were different in some ways: I spent most of my time studying for tests while she enjoyed going to parties and having fun. One night she invited me to tag along with her and her friends and I thought I could use a night of fun so I agreed. I got dressed in my best attire and we locked up our room before heading to the party.
Once we were outside of the big frat house all you could see is guys doing there lil step thingy wagging their tongues around like dogs, girls hyping them up and basically throwing themselves at them, and other things. This is definitely not my type of party but I'm already here so I have to suck it up
"Oh I see my other friends over there come on let's go"
Kelly pulls me out of my thoughts and drags me to the other side of the room to her friends, when we make it there Kelly greets them and introduces me to them and we go grabbing red cups and having fun amongst ourselves. Suddenly Kelly gets up and hugs another girl I don't get a good look at her but they both seem to know each other quite well, when they pull from their embrace I see the girl and my breath catches in my throat

Suddenly I forget I'm at a party and it's lots of young women and men here yet it seems it's only me and her, I am completely stumped by her beauty and basically drool at her. Kelly leads her straight to me making me become nervous
"Y/n this is Bey she's practically my sister and Bey this is Y/n my roommate slash friend"
"Hi I'm Beyoncé! It's nice to meet you Y/n"
The way she says my name causes a wave of tingly feelings erupt inside me, never has anyone made my name sound so angelic and erotic. I'm so out of it I forgot how to speak and smile and nod my head like a fucking weirdo. She smiles and precedes to mingle with the rest of the friend group while I scold myself for embarrassing myself in front of the most beautiful person I've ever seen in my life.
