Hey guys it me, I'm sure a lot of you know me but for the ones that don't my name is Jordan Beckham and I'm a TikTok influencer and YouTuber. I went viral several times doing several different things, as of right now I just finished a review video for a company,  I save the video in my phone deciding to edit it tomorrow since I'm tired. After putting the things away I go inside the kitchen grabbing a big bag of popcorn before walking inside the living room onto my couch. I turn on my favorite movie and for the rest of the night this is what I plan on doing.

The sound of my ringtone disconnects my attention from the television and to my cellphone, quickly glancing I look down seeing it's my friend Winnie calling. We've been friends since we were young kids and we even went to school together! When she took off with her modeling career I was really excited for her, before she got extremely busy resulting in us talking less. Not long ago we reconnected and picked right back up where we left off! She's now trying her hand in music and actually she's  doing quite well, and it's great but it results in us not talking that much again.

But whenever she's calls I answer cause who knows when either of us will have time. I swipe the button to answer the call.

"Hello"

"Jordannnnn !!! What you doing?!" She yells excitedly in my ear making my eardrum rattle 

"Oh nothing just watching twilight with a bag of popcorn" I respond to her

"Boringg! So guess what?!"

"What?"

"I got this special invitation to this brunch and supposedly Beyoncé and Jay z are the hosts, I really need to go cause this can really help with my career" Winnie says with a pleading tone . We've been friends for forever and I know it's something els she wants

"Ok and why do I feel a but coming?"'

"But I can't go without my bestie and support system there with me"

At first I wasn't to sure about it because I don't go to things like this often, but being that the event could make for good content I'll think I'll go.

"Alright fine but you'll have to come over and help me find something to wear"

"Yayyyy!!! I'm coming over now!"

We get off the phone and I turn the movie off since clearly I won't be watching anymore of it. After a short wait Winnie arrives obnoxiously pounding on my door alarming the entire neighborhood of her arrival, I quickly open the door so she can stop. Before I can even say anything she walks in right past me ranting on about how excited yet nervous she is. "Well hello to you too" I say lowly to myself closing the door.

•Small Time Skip•

After a hour of us searching the top to the bottom of my closet for something even a little decent to wear, we can't find anything with that certain "pop". I wouldn't necessarily consider myself a Beyoncé and Jay Z fan but I know a few songs but if I'm going to be in the presence of them and other A-list celebrities I definitely want to look the part.

I sit on the edge of my bed frustrated just about ready to call it a night, then suddenly Winnie comes out with this black two piece dress. It actually doesn't look bad and besides what other options do I have.

"This is definitely the dress!" She brings it out laying it out beside me

"Are you sure?" I ask
