Chapter 11 - Band Practise

Brad and I got to James' a little later than everyone else.
It was a last weekend before the band's tour so we wanted to spend time with the boys before they went.

As Dani and I were watching the boys rehearse, I realised how good they actually were. Especially Tristan on the drums and how energetic they all were. Brad kept looking at me and winking throughout the songs, I just laughed and rolled my eyes at him. It didn't make him stop though.

As their top single Can We Dance came on, Brad grabbed my hand and span me around. He sang to me as I looked at him like are you being serious. I couldn't help a laugh now and again but I can't believe I was doing this, for him as well. He's such an idiot.

After rehearsals Connor sent Brad and I to go out and get some food for us all. Which just made it a bit more awkward.

As Brad and I were walking, he stopped and turned to me. He held my hand and said "I'm going to miss you Megan"
I smiled "I'm going to miss you too Bradley"
He looked happy "You won't replace me while I'm gone will you? I am your best friend right? And nudge me.
I laughed "I won't, only if I'm your best friend?"

What have I just done. Brad and I do have a lot in common but I didn't know we'd be classed as 'best friends' if we are going to be each other's best friends, I think I'm going to have to make more of an effort from now on.

BRAD'S POV

Well I really like Megan but I think right now I need to concentrate on us being best friends while I go on tour as she did say we were best friends. I'm glad. I thought she didn't like me at first, then we had so much in common, I wasn't giving up on her.

I am going to honestly miss her so much. I will FaceTime her like everyday and phone her. I hope she won't replace me by the time I get back.
