｡☆✼★━Adaman's point of view before the incident━★✼☆｡

I grumble slightly seeing Irida drag (y/n) away before we could say goodbye to each other but I let out a defeated sigh before leaving.

I make my way to a cave that I found by accident a week ago, I look around and there are crystals everywhere and I look at them happily. 

I am going to use this to court (y/n), I smile and laugh a bit. (y/n) hasn't realized so far i've been courting her but that's fine. This time I will tell her exactly how I feel and give her the crystal as a necklace! 

I look at the crystals before seeing a very pretty one that glistens with the light. I use a tool that the galaxy team gave me and I get the crystal. Perfect! I hope she'll enjoy this!

I can't help but to admire the crystal, it's just so beautiful and sparkly! I walk out of the cave and I see Volo at a distance, Well that's a bit odd? Does he have something? I look closer. Is that Rei?!

I run over and Volo seems completely surprised, "I- Uh! Adaman! What a surprise! What are you doing out here?" Never mind me! What happened to Rei?!

"Is he okay???" I ask panicked and Volo nods "Yes he fell but I was going to put him in a cave til he recovers. But he is heavier than expected so I needed a break." I give a nod

"I can carry him if you want" I start to lean down to pick Rei up and Volo says something I couldn't quite catch and I feel the ground shake and I turn around in shock.

"Volo! behind you!" I shout there is a huge shadowy figure behind him and my eyes grow wide

But Volo seems unconcerned and only laughs "I am aware... now Giratina... kill him...." 

Fear fills my body and I throw Rei on my back before attempting to run away but almost immediately pain fills my body and collapse to the ground. My body shakes and even breathing hurts. I feel my consciousness start fading away but before it does I see Volo and that thing take Rei, then everything turns black.

I wake up in a panic and I almost headbutt Irida, she seems completely shocked before she forces me to lay back down "Hey! relax! You almost died you impatient dumbass!" 

I look around in freight and I groan out "w... where's Volo?!!" my whole body hurts but I need to tell them what's going on!

She looks confused "I'm not sure? why?" Damn it! 

"H.. he did this!" I start to wheeze in pain and Irida immediately presses her hand to my head 

"Oh my sinnoh! Your temperature is so high!" Her eyes fill with immediate worry, Damn it Irida! this isn't the time to be fussing over me! Rei! he needs help

I start to speak again but she stops me "No! You need to rest and take medicine! You had (y/n) worried sick!" (y/n) was worried? wait never mind I can't think of that right now!

"Irida!" I shout/groan out painfully and her eyes widen, "Volo.. he.. has Rei..." I manage to wheeze out and her eyes grow wide "H.. how do you know that!??" she starts to noticeably shake

"I saw..." i start to wheeze again and she gives me a drink of water "this shadow... he used it to try to..." i start wheezing "What did he try to do?!!" she gasps having an idea what he is going to say.
