"Eyes are looking good, hearing is okay, stitches looks in tact.."

Naruto swung his legs a bit, waiting for Tsunade's check up to finish before he can finally be discharged. The day after finishing up the paperwork, Tsunade gave him the okay on it so today was the day.

"Ughh are you done now? Can I go?"

Tsunade nodded while patting his shoulder. "Everything looks good, get out of here and be careful okay? Remember to continue taking your medicines for a better recovery"

Naruto let out a loud "whoop" and hopped right off the bed. He gave Tsunade a tight hug and then sped walk out the door. Waiting for him outside of his room, Shikamaru waved him over.

"Ready to head out now?"

"Mhm!"

The two walked down the hallways of the hospital, they barley stepped out of the exit when a group of people suddenly rushed towards them. They took an immediate step back seeing how close they were getting but recognized that it was their friends.

Hinata zoomed right in front of Naruto, hands flailing a bit as she looked him up and down. "Wah Naruto! Are you okay now? I'm sorry it took me so long to visit, I would've came sooner if I had know earlier!"

"We would've came earlier if this guy over here had told us earlier!" Kiba ticked out loudly, pointing an accusing finger at Shikamaru. Shikamaru turned his head to the side, whistling as a small taunt.

"Ah! He's ignoring us again" Ino and Sakura joined Kiba, also pointing a finger at him while their other hands was on their hip.

Neji sighed out tiredly, facepalming at the two causing a ruckus in front of a hospital while Choji tried to calm everyone down.

Lee, Shino, and Tenten slid beside Hinata to check up on Naruto as well.

"My youthful companion! It is great news that you're fully recovered! Please do let me know if you need anything!"

Naruto was flabbergasted at the amount of things happening around him, he was thinking at the moment and blurted out the first thing that came into mind.

"You guys are here for me?"

Everyone stopped what they were doing, heads instantly turning towards Naruto direction. Seeing everyone so in synched and quiet now, Naruto laughed out nervously.

"Of course we are here for you!" Hinata answered, patting his shoulder to make sure he was listening to her.

"Yeah! We- Hey, what's with that doubtful expression?" Tenten pouted, poking Naruto's nose.

Then, Naruto felt a hand resting on his head and glanced up to see who it was. Unexpectedly, it was Shino! Without uttering a word, he simply just ruffled around his hair.

Naruto was a bit flustered at the attention, raising two thumbs up with a bright grin. "Hahah! I'm all good you guys so don't worry bout me! A tough person like me can get through anything"

He then bumped his head with a fist, sticking his tongue out playfully with his head tilted to the side.

"Naruto, what will we do with you" Sakura let out a huffed laugh, shaking her head as she went closer towards him.

The group continued to chat for a while longer, filling Naruto in on what he had missed and asking if he was still in any pain. Afterwards, Shikamaru and Naruto departed from the group and made their way to Naruto's apartment.

Naruto couldn't help but notice how one person he considered a friend didn't bother checking up on him.
