The wind grew colder as the team continued forward. Naruto was a little hesitate throughout their journey, will Sasuke listen to them? Will Sasuke listen to him?
After their dispute, they hadn't exchanged any words to each other so his hope was starting to get smaller and smaller.
"With the location given to us and the map, we should be arriving soon enough. Prepare yourselves everyone." Shikamaru announced, folding his maps and tucking it back in his pouch.
A sound of lightening was heard from ahead of them, catching the groups attention. Looking at the sky, they spotted clouds gathering together, unusual sparks inside them.
"What is happening over there..?" Naruto questioned to himself, now speeding up his pace with everyone.
As they jumped from tree to tree, they were suddenly met with four new people. Blocking their way, they prepared themselves for a fight.
"Sorry kids, we will be stopping you right here." The person with the flute said, raising it up towards her mouth.
Naruto felt a hand on his chest, pushing him back from the newcomers.
"Neji-"
"You go on ahead, we'll deal with them." Neji said quietly, moving to be in front of him.
"Beat the senses into him, you hear me!" Kiba joined him, with Akamaru barking along.
Naruto stood there for a moment, not liking the idea of leaving his friends to deal with this but nodded anyways. They were losing time so he trusts them to deal with the enemies.
"Go Naruto!"
"Okay!"
Naruto leaped between the enemies, successfully distancing himself from the rest as his friends took them on. He hurriedly sped up, task in mind as he listens to the sound of lightening strikes.

Shikamaru had been fighting against Tayuya for a while now, he's unsure of how the rest were doing but he prayed they were all alright.
He huffed out tiredly, no longer able to move forward as Tayuya began using her flute once more. He desperately tries to think of ways to avoid this, feeling his mind slip as she plays her tunes.
That was until he felt a gush of wind from behind.
"Agh!"
Tayuya was suddenly being sliced with sharp wind strikes, her body covered in cuts as she fell forward. She folded so easily that it left Shikamaru speechless after struggling with her. Soon, the person that saved him made their presence known.
He stared at the girl in front of him, quickly recognizing her as someone from Suna village from the headband.
"Oh? Look at your all roughed up, reminds me of when we fought against each other." She said, her tone all cheeky as she folded her fan back.
"Temari."
She grinned upon hearing her name, glad to know that the spikey hair boy remembers her.
"What are you doing still sitting around? Isn't your little friends over there struggling too?" She pointed towards the direction of where light was showing.
