Recap:

I ignored her and started sniffing around trying to smell a stream or lake. Bodies of fresh water smell like mud and rain, bodies of salt water smell like salt and fish.
I was trying to find a body of water so I could see my revelation and see what my coat of fur looked like. Since my hair was blonde I expected it to be a blondish hair color.

Amelia POV:

I could smell a small stream about 3 miles from where I was.

Time to put these new legs to a test!!
Let's we how fast I can run, I trend around heading northwest and ran as fast as I could, everything became a blur. The trees and bushes became blurs of green and brown
The flowers and vines became a blur of pink and purple and yellow and red. Everything looked blurry if I looked far off, but up close I could see every single little detail. I could still see the morning dew left on the grass I was running through, I could see a mother bird returning next to her young with a worm in her mouth up in a tree about 10 yards away, I could see the stream from where I was. I could smell the stream, it smelled wonderful, like when you smell your favorite food, or favorite thing in the world. The muddy earthy scent was marvelous and made me feel happy inside. I could feel my wolf doing a happy dance inside my head.
She was happy that we were running, she had been bugging me since I had first changed. It felt wonderful to be able to feel the dirt and my powerful legs push me forward.

I came up to the stream and saw my reflection.
