When the amber paint streaking the sky fades into a watercolor blur, I know it is time to leave. If only for Moon's sake anyway.
A golden dawn is breaking up the dull sky into shards overhead, and it calls us apart once again.
Cosmo hugs me goodbye.
Bloodmoon just folds his arms, and the two brothers disappear into the alley.
I watch as they leave.
I don't want to go.
This is home.

Not that abandoned building where I can never get a moments peace.
This is my place.
