I closed the book slowly and looked up at her, how could I be so stupid

"It's um.. Great it's really good, whos it about??"
Mason asked

"It's uh... It's about no one"

He knew I was lying

"Rie I know it's about someone just say"

"Mason.... it's about no one I promise, let's go back cmon" I wanted to tell him so bad but he already said he liked someone and that someone couldn't be me

He placed the book on the bed side table and we walked back out to the pool them now in the hot tub

I got inside and so did Mason

"What took you so long?" Sophie asked, with a jealous tone

"I was showing him my song"

"What'd u think Mason" miguel and brooke said at the same time smirking

"It's good"

"That's all?" Brooke Said

"Your so oblivious, Mason"  miguel then said

"Huh??" Mason spoke

"Nothing omg guys shut up"

We all stayed in the jacuzzi for a while and soon once it turned 6 Sophie left

"By Sophie" I said going I. For a hug

"Bye mason" she slid past me and hugged Mason while he just stood there awkwardly

"Okay then.." I said

"Oh sorry rie I didn't see u there"

"Rie?? Since when do u call me rie?"

"Since always?"

"Since Never, u always call me lary or Valerie"

"Um when have I called u lary?"

"Literally this whole day till now" Mason finally spoke up

Miguel and Brooke were just dying laughing on the couch on how stupid this situation was

"Ohhh that's right"

"Okay, bye now Sophia" Mason said practically shoving her out the door

"It's Sophie!" Her last words were

I just bursted out laughing and so did Mason

"She is being so annoying I swear" I said

"You really need to tell her you like Valerie and not her" Brooke said
