Monica listened patiently.
"Yesterday Daniel came to me in anguish. He apologized for what he had done. Somehow he thinks he could make it right again," Jeremiah scoffed, "He asked me to forgive him."
"What did you say," Monica asked.
"I told him that he forced me to murder my daughter. I loved him once but I don't know how I could forgive him after that."
"Is it just you and Daniel?"

"We have 3 older sisters and 8 brothers," he replied, "all of them younger."
"Is Daniel older or younger than you," Monica asked.
