'Thirteen.'

The number rung through your head. Any optimism you may have had regarding your situation had to have vanished on your fourth or fifth day stranded as this was all your life was going to be now. You grabbed your pocketknife and dug it in the wall to mark the day. It was a good thing you had your bag on when shit hit the fan. You took a look around your makeshift home. Time had gone relatively quick- even if the days were longer. You weren't sure if wasting your PokéDex's battery on timing the day was a good idea- but it wasn't like you could do much else with it. You looked over at your two Pokémon- both of them still asleep. You figured you let them rest a bit longer. As you pushed the rocks away from the caves entrance, you took a look at the sky, the three suns still blazing above you. You started to walk into the forest in front of you. There wasn't exactly much to do. All your days involved taking fruit from some of the trees, getting some water, and creating a fire at the end of each night. Oh, and one more thing.  You needed to take a shit. Using the ground as your own toilet and the cold river water to wash your ass wasn't exactly what you considered pleasant- but you had to make do with what was around you.

After finishing up and grabbing what was going to be your lunch you had one last look at your environment. It was quite peaceful actually, although considering your last home was flooded by what looked to be a demon from hell, anything half decent would technically be considered a paradise by comparison. Your mind trailed off, thinking back to what happened that day. You still had no idea what happened, how everyone you'd ever known had perished in an instant.

Your chain of thought was quickly interrupted by the sound of a large flock of birds swooping over in a hurry. This wasn't the first time you had spotted them, but you still found them interesting as they were the only other animal life you had seen. They were similar to the ones you had back home- but seemed less intelligent and less physically capable. You had faced several bird Pokémon who would go for your throat if they had the chance- whilst these ones on the other hand would flee if they heard as much as a twig snap, although you quickly realized why they had retreated. Looking to your left, you saw...

A spaceship?

"Pikachu! Chespin! Get up!" You yell, both hopping up immediately.

As you ran back outside- you pointed to the large red vessel that was flying leftwards. It was oddly shaped to put it bluntly, with the main build being this thin design attached to what seemed to be 11 separate thrusters.

"Come on, let's move!" You shout, running in the same direction as the space craft- your two Pokémon following right behind you.

You fell over, exhausted. Your legs ached like hell.  If it wasn't for the fact that the ship had landed on another cliffside not too far from your original distance- you wouldn't have had the chance to catch up to it. You looked upwards, trying to get a better visual of the craft. Although the still blazing sun made it hard to look up, you could definitely make out that there were people above- although they had obviously not spotted you. You looked at the side of the cliff you were currently at. It was an incline, but not too steep. You could climb it. You look down at your two Pokémon, both also tired from the large sprint they had to maintain in the chase.

"Alright, up we go."

You peak above the edge of the cliff face, Pikachu and Chespin doing the same. Your eyes narrow at the two individuals outside of the vehicle, setting up some sort of device with a satellite dish whilst talking. They both wore white armor with a black visor on the helmet. You heavily suspected them to be some kind of soldiers, which was aided by the fact both troopers had what looked to be some kind of gun held on their backs. You did your best to try to listen in.
