Hours passed as Rosa sat in the back of an expensive and pristine black car after getting off the Volturi's private jet.
Her head was spinning as being back in Volterra made her feel euphoric.
The pain was still hitting her just as hard but it was getting better.
She hoped it all got better as she looked out of her window.
All the memories rushed back at once as she remembered his voice and his protective her was of her.
She remembered his ruby-red eyes that were like the devil's eyes and she remembered for he made her feel.
At that moment she couldn't think about anything else but him.
Not her family and not how mad Bella will get and how sick Charlie will feel when they discover that she ran.
Bella would figure it out but until Charlie does he will never know the truth.
She left a note saying that she went to a university in London and that she wasn't coming back.
It was the only reason that was believable as she also said that she would stay in contact and she would.
She would write letters because she couldn't handle putting her father through so much because of a bond that she will never fully feel until she was a vampire.
Suddenly the car stopped.
"We're here" Demetri said.
She got out of the car and felt as if this all was a dream.
She was home.
"I'll escort you to the throne room," Demetri said before walking into the tower.
She walked inside and felt that same pull.
Rosa followed Demetri until she was outside the same tall doors.
Demetri opened the doors and Rosa walked in.
Rosa looked around before seeing Caius on his throne dishevelled.
His clothes were messy and his hair was also messy but still looked incredible.
His eyes looked almost black and he looked almost emotionless.
"Brother," said Aro as he put his hand on Caius's sleeve.
Caius looked up causing them to make eye contact.
She blushed as suddenly all the pain went away.
He quickly was in front of her as he placed his hands on each side of her face.
"I've waited so long to see you again darling," he said before kissing her head as tears fell down her face.
She was so happy as she put her hand on his causing him to feel her warmth.
He looked at her "You will never leave my side again" he said.
"It will be agonizing if I try," she said before wrapping her arms around him causing him to melt.
He then lifted her up as she clung onto him in fear that he would disappear the minute she let go.
He took her to his chambers that had to be redecorated after he tore it apart.
He put her down before lifting her chin.
"You'll be staying in here from now on unless I am with you," he said.
"Alright," she said before looking at the large room.
"What is it?" he asked as he caressed her face.
"Nothing.
I've just never seen a room this large" she said.
"You'll get used to it.
Anything you wish to have in here tell me and i'll get it for you" he said.
"I enjoy reading.
Could you possibly put a bookcase in here?" she asked.
"Of course," he said.
"I'm sorry for leaving you," she said.
"Darling you do not have to be sorry.
It was not your doing" he said.
She couldn't believe how soft he was and perfect.
Everyone saw Caius as the rageful Volturi king and she didn't see anything close to that.
