Mountain raced and paced his way through each hall and corridor searching for his partner not seeing them for the past 4 hours made him crazy. He kept running until he reached the garden spotting them lay pale under the old willow slowly freezing to death. He picked them up racing back inside to get them in a warm space/environment
An hour passed as y/n's eyes slowly fluttered open lying on the comfortable bed they share together. slightly leaning up y/n spotted a very sleepy mountain in the chair next to the bed. "F-feather!" He couldn't help but lunge for a big bear huh "Oh my Lucifer your finally awake!" He caressed certain areas of their body searching for any signs of coldness or pain but nothing could be found. "My feather what on earth were you doing out there in the winters cold?" Y/n blink a few times not being able to comprehend what had happened "I was outside!" "Yes you were freezing to death, I didn't know if I would be able to help you...." Tears formed in Mountains eyes "I thought I might've lost yo-" y/n interrupted his sentence with a kiss to shut him up and calm him down.
