After Bran would go on to tell Aegon about The Whitewalkers' weaknesses, Aegon would order for many weapons to be forged for his army out of Dragon-Glass and Valyrian-Steel. Aegon would then order the construction of a small fence around Winterfell made up of wooden steaks, which The Red Witch, Melisandre would then light on fire using a magical chant. By nightfall, the army of the undead would arrive and The Dothraki would be the first to attack with their flaming swords. However, the flames would soon disappear into the darkness as the undead were quick to completely wipe out The Dothraki Army. The Whitewalkers would then proceed to ravage The Unsullied of whom were able to hold their ground in spite of dwindling quickly. Aegon would then mount Rhaegal and use him to burn a vast majority of The Whitewalkers until he was attacked by an undead Drogon.

Drogon was now a sickly shade of blue as was the fire he now shot at Aegon and Rhaegal as he chased them through the fog. His roars now sounded ghostly as The Night King now rode upon his back. Rhaegal would manage to latch onto Drogon's throat, ripping half of his face from his skull in the process as Drogon used his back-legs to violently claw Rhaegal's chest. Aegon would make eye-contact with The Night King's dead stare as Drogon now began to snap at him, ripping his wolf-pelt in the process. Drogon was then snatched away from Rhaegal by Viserion once he had laced his teeth into the back of Drogon's neck. The Night King was thrown from Drogon's back during the attack.

Aegon was also thrown from Rhaegal's back once the green dragon had crashed into the snow from his injuries. However, Aegon was quick to pick himself back up in order to fight off The Whitewalkers that were now approaching his injured dragon. What remained of The Unsullied were then rescued from the attacking Whitewalkers by another army of Wildlings of whom were lead by Tysha. Upon Viserion's back sat Tyrion as he glared down at The Night King with a protective hatred.

"Dracarys!" Tyrion ordered as Viserion breathed fire down upon The Night King but to Tyrion's horror, he would not burn. Tyrion then fled from the smirking Night King as one of his spears just barely missed Viserion. As Aegon continued to fight off The Whitewalkers, he was then distracted by a twisted, mangled, undead Daenerys slowly approaching him. Traumatized by the sight, Aegon fully broke down but Rhaegal would soon rip the undead Daenerys to shreds with his teeth in order to protect his rider. Drogon would then rise high above Aegon with blue fire pouring from his neck until he was once again attacked by Viserion.

"Go!" Tyrion shouted to Aegon as he pointed to The Night King with the hand that was not currently holding onto Viserion. Aegon did as instructed, approaching The Night King with his dagger raised and a war-cry. The Night King would catch Aegon by the throat but Aegon would still manage to stab The Night King through his cold, icy heart with his dagger after a brief struggle. The Night King would shatter like glass as would his army. Drogon would release one, final, ghostly roar before crumbling into nothing beneath Viserion. By sunrise, the war had ended and a funeral was held for those of whom had fallen during the war.

"You came back for me...Why?" Aegon questioned Tyrion at the funeral.

"Because you are the only family I have left..." Tyrion replied, on the verge of tears. Aegon would respond by kneeling down to pull his uncle into a tight hug and slowly, Tyrion would hug his nephew in return.

"Dr..." Aegon began once he had stood back up only to become emotional once again at everyone he had lost. Tyrion looked to the tearful Aegon with concern before deciding to take over for him.

"Dracarys!" Tyrion shouted with authority as Rhaegal and Viserion responded by burning the funeral pyre. Rhaegal released a whimper of concern as Aegon turned away, refusing to watch the bodies burn. Whilst Tyrion had been away with Viserion, he had not only managed to reunite with Tysha but he had also collected various, petrified, dragon eggs from The Shadow Lands. Aegon and Tyrion would then proceed to hide the stone eggs around Winterfell. They would then wait for Ramsay and Arya to return to Winterfell with their army before using their dragons to burn Winterfell to the ground.

Many, new, dragon hatchings would be born from the various, blood sacrifices of Winterfell's people. After a few years had passed, Tyrion would go on to marry Tysha and have three children with her or whom he would name: Jamie, Cersei and Tywin after the family he had always wanted. Aegon would fall in love with a red-headed, Wildling girl by the name of Ygritte and would go on to have three children with her as well of whom he would name: Danny, Missandei and Barristen after his fallen, loved ones.

King Aegon would take Tyrion back as his Hand of The King, they would rebuild King's Landing, they would rebuild The Iron Throne from the melted swords of their fallen enemies and they would finally succeed in breaking the wheel. In order to insure that the wheel stayed broken, Aegon and Tyrion would be sure to instill their values upon their children. Their children would do the same for their grandchildren and so on. They would once again only marry within the family in order to keep the bloodline pure just as Viserys had taught Aegon to do long ago. The Targaryen family would reign once again and dragons would once again fill the skies.

The Realm would finally remain at peace once and for all now that Aegon The Free, Father of Dragons, Breaker of chains, The Prince That Was Promised had successfully abolished slavery. Especially now that he had defeated The Night King and had saved all of mankind.
