"Thank you so much my child" the old man thanked me.
"It's not a problem sir" I smiled at him. He's so sweet.
It's currently 9:30. I'm waiting for my last customer then I'll lock up.
"Sorry I'm late" she came in. A young teen.
"That's alright. Here you go four sheep plushies" I gave her the box.
"Thank you. My sisters will love it"
"I hope so"
"Bye~" she left only for Will to come in.
"You done princess?" he asked.
"Yes! Just finished. Let me make sure everything is locked"
I locked the back, turned off the lights and approached Will.
"Let's go"
He locked the front door. Our bags were already in the trunk.
"I'll miss this place" I said looking out the window, "I hope I'll have something to keep me busy wherever we're going"
"Don't worry. There's lots of things you can do. I can guarantee it"
"If you say so"
He placed his hand on my thigh and drove.
We passed by so many places until we arrived at the airport.
Once we were on the plane Will told me to relax after noticing how nervous I was. It's my first time on a plane.
And within a few minutes, we were off.
Meanwhile
"Where is she?", The young man panted as blood dripped behind him as he ran.
"Gabriella!" he yelled as he banged on the locked doors of the store.
"Young man, are you alright?", Mr. Brian asked as he slowly approached the man.
The man looked at him which made Mr. Brian freeze in fear.
"Where is she?!"
"You just missed her!" Mr. Brian yelled back while taking his phone out of his pocket to call the ambulance.
"Where did she go?!", the young man yelled again.
"She left with her boyfriend. She said he's taking her somewhere. They're probably in the air by now"
"He took her? I'm too late. I'M TOO LATE!!!", the man screamed in anger and pain.
"How can we help you?", the lady on the call answered.
"Yes I need an ambulance, right now. He's losing blood!"
"Don't panic sir, you say his losing blood? Where?"
"His eye"
"I'm sorry sir, what was that?"
"HE'S MISSING AN EYE!"
