I walked into my room i put my bag down next to my bed and walked into my bathroom removed my makeup
As i was looking at my cheek a new collection to my bruises i have one on my left eye, one on my forehead, one on my left chin and now my right cheek
I felt a hot tear run down my face, i wiped it and went to bed fell asleep and then got woken up by Ginny
"Adeladide wake up you missed lunch and dinner"
I was praying that i was dreaming but when i turned around i saw her shocked she dropped something that was in her hand she grabbed my chin abit too hard
"Oww oww be careful" i said in abit of pain "Ad what happened to your face who did you get in a fight with"
"I didn't get in a fight it was my fault anyway i shouted at my brother i deserved it" she looked at me shocked
"Adelaide it's not your fault everyone fights with their brothers its normal" i turned my head to avoid looking at her
"You wont understand Gin it's a slytherin pureblood thing" and that's when it hit her "does this happen to you all the hime"
I nodded. She grabbed my hand and led me out the ravenclaw house i tried to ask her where are we going but she wouldn't tell me
And that's when it hit me she's taking me to Dumbledore
She knocked on the door and it opened and as we walked in i looked to the ground and Ginny spoke "professor is there anyway we can help Adelaide"
I knew this was a bad idea but i had to let Ginny find out for herself "if your talking about what most pureblood men do to their wifes, girlfriends, sisters and daughters then no" Dumbledore said but for some reason it looked like he was forced to say it
Ginny looked sad so i decided to speak "look Gin this is why i tried to not get you to come over heck the day my father found out that your one of my best friends i got beat" she turned her head so fast when she heard that
"What?" she asked confused "but i said to him no matter how many times he or bennett beat me i'll never stop being friends with you and the day i turn 18 im leaving"
She gave me a hug and we left Dumbledore office
