The Perfect Weapon

Part 5

He could see the kunai slowly coming closer to him, once he saw it was 12 centimeters away from him he expected for it to be deflected but instead it just kept on coming closer...and closer...and closer...now it was around 6 centimeters away from him.

"It's that boy again..."
"You shouldn't play with that cursed brat"
"Get away demon!"
"Don't come near me you plague."
"Your kind isn't allowed here"
"Your parents knew it was better to die than raise you, m o n s t e r!"

The names never bothered him but...

"You are just a weapon"

"I am...just a weapon?"

"A weapon...for the village..."

"Have no purpose but to defend and attack...for the village?"

"Or for me? Myself?"

The kunai came closer and even closer suddenly at 4 centimeters away it got faster and it pierced his skin, immediately pain shoots through his body then...

"Hah...hah..it was just a dream.." he looked down to himself "Geez I'm all sweaty now!" The blond boy looked to the window to his right "huh it's morning I should go back home..."

The blond boy fished out his keys and opened the door, he walked in to his messy apartment and saw a certain item that stood out.

"Huh? That's the mask I got from that shop? How did it get here?" He questioned knowing nobody would answer "Whatever, at least I still got something for my birthday!"

Time skip: October 16th

Knocks on the door was heard, "Come in!" the hokage called.

A man with long brown hair and pale eyes with a man with dark hair and a square-ish face came in the room "Hokage-sama you called us?" the dark haired man asked.

"Yes, I did. I wanted permission for a person to have access to some of your clan scrolls and techniques." Hiruzen replied "If you mean Danzo-sama then no." The paled-eye man said

"No, it isn't Danzo, Hiashi." "Then who is it?" This time the dark-haired man asked "It's Naruto-kun." Hiruzen answered

"The kyuubi jinchuriki? Why would he need our clan scrolls?" The man now identified as 'Hiashi' question the hokage

"Recently he have activated both the sharingan and byakugan." Then a silence occurred.

"Do you have proof that he's of Uchiha and Hyuga blood aside from his eyes?" Asked the dark-haired man again. The old hokage opened one of the drawers underneath his desk and took out 2 files, placing it on the desk and slid it forward to the 2 men.

Hiashi and the dark-haired man took the files and opened it. "Hn, Kushina? I knew she was an Uzumaki but not an Uchiha..." the dark-haired man said calmly.

"..."

"Hiashi-san?" The dark-haired man called out

"..." ..only not to be responded.

The dark-haired man went to peek on the file Hiashi was holding "Eh? Is Minato being the father really surprised you that much? I mean I knew he was adopted by the Namikazes but..." he cut himself off once he saw 'Mother: Senju Mina'

"Huh...that..was unexpected" the dark-haired man said

"It quite is Fugaku-san" Hiashi replied to the dark-haired man now known as 'Fugaku'

Hiruzen cleared his throat to get both of the men attention "So your response to the request?"

"I accept, Kushina-san was close friends with my wife so either way if she finds out I would be forced to accept anyways." The hokage and pale-eyed man sweatdropped inwardly.

"I accept though I have one condition." "What may that be?" Hiruzen questioned "He has to have the caged bird seal put on him" Hiashi retorted.

"I see...I can't do anything about it?" The hokage asked almost sounding as if begging "It's clan laws since Hyuuga Kuto was a branch member."

"Hm...when will the sealing process begin?" "We will do it tomorrow, the sooner the better."

"I'll inform Naruto-kun after this, you may be dismissed" Hiruzen commanded the two men to which they obeyed by leaving the room.

"Jiji! You called me?" The blond boy yelled out as he barged in to the office "Greetings, Naruto-kun" the hokage smiled though there was a hint of sadness as if reminiscing something "I have some news for you."

"Are they good news or bad news?!" The blond boy said excitedly with a hint of nervousness "They're both" the old hokage said to which the blond boy asked "Can I have the good news first, dattebayo?"

Hiruzen chuckled, "Of course, since you're of the Uchiha and Hyuga blood, you were given permission to access their clan scrolls and techniques, but you can't just barge in to the clan compound if you want them you have to ask me first and I'll get them for you." Hiruzen told the blond boy.

"And the bad news?" Hiruzen sighed with a slight grim look on his face "Since you're of Hyuga blood, or more specifically the branch family blood you are to get the caged bird seal put on you."

"Eh? What's that?"

"They're a seal that is put on the branch family of the Hyuga to protect their eyes to not let enemy get their hands on them but there's a secondary purpose which is to discipline the branch members, the main family can use a hand sign to cause intense pain by destroying the brain cells of the person being 'disciplined'" Hiruzen informed the now shocked blond boy.

"W-what!? Because they're not in the main family?!" Naruto exclaimed "I'm sorry but I can't do anything about it as it's clan matters, they're going to put the seal on you tomorrow be prepared." The hokage apologized.

"H-huh, okay is there any more news?.." Naruto asked "No, you may go now Naruto-kun."

And then the only person in the room was the hokage.

A/N: Btw in this Mikoto is clan head by blood, because she married Fugaku he became the new clan head and make the decisions but Mikoto can try to over rule the decisions made by him.

Minato backstory summary:
Senju Mina hooked up with Hyuuga Kuto which caused her to be pregnant, Kuto didn't want the child and Mina didn't know how to raise one plus she wanted to continue being a kunoichi so she gave her child away to the Namikazes as they were her trusted friends but Minato still ended up in the orphanage anyways since the Namikazes were killed by thugs when he was 3 and a half. His biological father got killed on a mission because of his 'Hyuuga pride' when he was 2 and his biological mother died from enemy poisons when he was 3. So nobody was there to take him in so he joined the academy and so on, so on...!
