"I should ask jiji for those scrolls after all I need to be strong to become hokage, dattebayo!" He rushed to where his shoes were and put them on.

He excitedly ran outside to the hokage's office, he busted through the door "jiji!" He called.

"Why hello Naruto-kun what do you need me for?" The old hokage asked with a slight chuckle "I wanted to get those scrolls to train, ya know!" The blond boy told the hokage.

"Ah I see, I'll send someone to get them but I'll add some books for you to read." Hiruzen said while stroking his beard "Eh?! Why?! Reading is booring!" Naruto exclaimed.

"Well they have the basics in them and if you learn them you'll get stronger." the hokage informed with a slight eye-smile "Really! Then I'll take them then!"

"I also have another question..." the blond boy requested, hiruzen sighed "You wanted to know how to get the seal off right?"

"Y-yes.." the boy meekly replied "I'm sorry but you can't get rid of the seal, it only goes away when the person dies." Hiruzen told the boy

The boy gasped "T-that's horrible, dattebayo!" He exclaimed "It is, I'm truly sorry that I couldn't do more for you.." the hokage somberly apologized "It's fine jiji! Then I'm gonna find a way to get rid of the seal, dattebayo! Watch me!" Naruto said determinedly

"I'm sure you will..." the hokage said with a sad smile "You said you wanted to know how to get rid of seals right? I'll add an extra book to guide you in seals then."

"Yosh! I'm going to go home! Bye bye jiji!" He waved and quickly ran out of the office.

Hiruzen chuckled at the boys action and called "Inu!"

"Hai!" A man with grey hair who was previously identified as 'Kakashi' "May you get some basic scrolls at the Uchiha and Hyuga compound, also get guidebooks for chakra control and seals"

"Will do hokage-sama." 'Inu' shun-shined away

The blond boy quickly walked in the path to his apartment but then he passed the place where he met the drunks, he was distracted by it that he didn't noticed he bumped into someone.

The blond boy grunted, he looked up to see a pale-eyed man though not the same one as last time but they did look similar except this man is old perhaps in his late 40s or early 60s.

He remembered when his 'jiji' informed him that hyuugas in the 'Main family' could activate the seal, the man he bumped into wasn't from the branch family as he didn't have the caged bird seal, 'I need to be respectful then!' Naruto thought.

"Gomen Hyuga-sama! I should've look at where I was walking!" The boy apologized dearly "You should, vermin like you need to be disciplined." The pale-eyed man raised his hand to form a special hand sign and Naruto's eyes widened once he formed the hand sign pain shot through the boy's head.

"ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Naruto screamed painfully, tears fell down instantly.

After a few seconds the man released the hand sign "I hope you learn your lesson, boy." The man then walked away

Due to all the pain in his head he felt dazed, he slowly went unconscious, again.

Kakashi sighed in relief "Finally I got all the scrolls and books, now to deliver it." He said to himself

He jumped roof to roof until he saw a blob of yellow in the ground, he jumped down and saw the blond boy unconscious, he sighed again though this time sadly "What happened this time?" He lift the blond boy up and carried him, similar to the bridal style.

He went back to jumping roof to roof except with a blond in hand

Thanks for reading part 7!
A/N: To clarify Hiruzen didn't 'let' him get a caged bird seal, he can't do anything about it since it's clan matters. Although Naruto's a jinchuriki so his circumstances are a bit different as the konoha's elders and the hokage have access to his seal because if the Hyugas are the only ones to activate it it would be like them having a jinchuriki. Anyways all and all this is just shit pulled up from my ass to sprinkle some trauma on Naruto.
