"I need to go save him! Let me out Galactus!" "I wish I could, but when you're in dream-state you can't leave 'til the time ends. Veer's rules. Not mine." Roy thinks its stupid, but he also thinks he shouldn't disrespect a god that showed humanity mercy. Carson puts the plate on top of Roy's sleeping body and walks back to the billboard burning from the acidic rain and being hit by the bullets. Injured, he makes it to the billboard. Carson's arm begins deteriorating. "No! You idiot! Come on Galactus there must be something we can do!" panicked Roy, scared for his friend's life. Galactus stayed silent, trying not to make Roy angrier. "I love you, buddy. Friends to the end." Carson said in his final breathes. "No!" screamed Roy. It was too late, Carson was dead. 3. 2. 1.

Roy was back in Jackson City next to his dead friend's corpse. Roy began crying his heart out. The sky began turning back to its bright blue color. The shadowy clouds became white things of fluff. Roy continued his mission despite the setbacks he found a local news station. He met a man named John Rite, he was a famous meteorologist. "Mr. Rite. I would like to hire you as a weatherman for my town please." Rite accepted, but in return asked for 500 dollars in cash. "500 dollars? I lost my only 20 dollar bill to a street thug!" exclaimed Roy, pointing out how unfair this was. "Well then buddy. No can do. Money is how I pay my bills." said John, counting the money he made from his last deal. "100. 200. 300. Nice doing business with you Mr. Kennedy." John shook Mr. Kennedy's hand firmly. "Fine. How much for a day or 2?" offered Roy. "Well one day is 100 and 2 is 200." smiled John. "Fine two days. Meet me on Eleven Street tomorrow at 10 am. Got it?" "Yep. See you tomorrow." waved John.

"200 dollars? How am I going to get that money?" Roy asked himself. Roy left town and walked back to Hart for hours. After 4 hours of walking he made it to Hart. Despite of having to eat two squirrels on his way. "Roy!" yelled Ms. Damples, embracing her son. "Where's Carson." asked Mr. and Mrs. Gonzalez. Roy looked down at his bloody shirt and snot running down his nose. "Oh my goodness!" cried Mrs. Gonzalez. They knew what Roy was thinking. There son was dead. The Gonzalez mourned for the death of their son and so did the town.

Roy told them about how they must come up with 200 dollars in 24 hours or else they will never know what these clouds are. "Are you crazy, son?! We barely make 20 dollars in a day! How do you expect us to get 200 in 24 hours?! It's impossible!" said Mr. Reed, pointing out the obvious. "Well we got to think of something or we'll never solve this mystery!" said Roy. "We'll never bust Galactus!" Roy realized what he had just said and wish he didn't say it. "Who's Galactus, son?" "Well, long story..."
