"People of America, you have seen pieces of space falling. But you have seen worse. We will stand our ground as the people of this nation!" said President Halio, through an old tv next to Roy. "Idiot." Roy said eating his pizza leftovers. He heard a noise outside, but he suspected it was the shards of space until the sounds became louder.
It was a form of human with cuts from the shards. Its face was torn. Holes formed on the face with eyeballs forming in them. The hideous monsters began attacking the humans. "Holy cow. What the heck is that thing." said Roy, eating some chips he found in a to-go bag. The monster ran into the streets eating anything it could find on four legs. Roy thought it was caused by the space shards.
Roy ran after the monster being the stupid kid he is. The monster was running into stores hurting people with its sharp claws. The monster ran down an alley hiding behind a dumpster. Roy through a metal pipe at the dumpster trying to frighten it, but instead it did nothing and kept hiding. Roy eventually got bored and ran from the city and on top of the hill. That monster caused so much damage that fires could be seen from that hill. Roy didn't look back and ran to Hart to hide. When he got there it was a terrible sight. The houses were destroyed.
The people were under the house debris and most were dead. A man coughed from under the debris. "Roy?" "Mr. Reed?! You're alive?!" yelled Roy, running to the sound of the voice. Mr. Reed told him about a man named Galactus destroyed their town killing most of them. "Damn it!" screamed Roy with anger, kicking the planks of wood. After calming down Roy informed Mr. Reed about the president's speech. "The president wants everyone to stay in America and stand their ground." "Halio, you idiot."
"Okay Roy I need you to go to Washington and knock some sense into Halio's head. Torture him if you must, but do it. Whatever it takes." commanded Mr. Reed in his last breathes. Roy, holding back tears began his way from Oregon to Washington.
He made his way back to Jackson when he saw someone staring at him from the hill. Galactus and he was angry.
