Immediately Roy ran back into Carson's house. Carson began panicking seeing acid falling from the evil clouds. "What's happening?!" yelled Carson, screaming and falling. "Hit me." "What?" questioned Carson. "Hit me with a pan. Trust me." Roy asked with an odd request. Carson was cautious and didn't do it. The clouds began throwing bullets and grenades fortunately destroying unoccupied houses. "Do it already!" screamed Roy. He began punching himself, trying to knock himself out, but without hesitation Carson threw the pan over hand at his skull. Knocking Roy unconscious.

Roy had just entered the dream-state with no before hand information whatsoever. Then a familiar manly voice began speaking through floating detached ears as speakers. "Hello Mr. Damples. This is the dream-state created by yours truly Veer, God of Dreams." "Its you! Demon!" assumed Roy, pointed his finger at the speakers. Offended the voice says, "I am not a demon! Those fools are barely considered dream-worthy! I am a servant to Veer, higher up then any demon." "Dream-worthy?" Roy said, with no clue of what that word meant. "Ugh, it means the demons are not even worthy to be thought of. They are beasts with no morals." A slam could be heard through the speakers. "We have decided your dream." "Who's we?"
The ground began shaking and opened a long pitch-black pit that seemed like it led to nothing.

Roy was falling for minutes until a blinding light appeared below him. Relieved he embraced the fall and unexpectedly fell onto a grass plain like his dream earlier that day. The grass plain just had waving blades of grass and a bright sun with blinding light. The clouds looked marvelous, but fake at the same time. He adventures around the plain, but it was just the same thing for miles. A pair of glasses fell onto the grass killing some. When he put the glasses on he saw an invisible timer which read 54:27. It was a countdown which made him worry about what happens at zero.

The dead grass began spreading and eventually all the grass died. Stunned, Roy fell over. "What the heck?" The dead grass plain became a house. It was very familiar because it was his house, but the chairs were not in a line, nor the correct positions. They were all stacked on top of one another on the table. Sitting on the top chair was a man. "Who are you!" exclaimed Roy. The man stayed silent and fell. He was dead. Roy looked through his pockets and found a wallet. He rummaged through the wallet and found an ID and after reading it he fell to the ground shocked. The ID said Roy James Damples. Which made him run out of the house and he was now in his old elementary school. He remembered this place because it was where his father was killed.

A school shooter was on campus during drop-off hour and since his dad was a fire fighter he attacked the shooter entering the school. He disarmed him and the cops took him over, but when the cops got to the shooter the shooter shot his dad and he died. "No! No!" yelled Roy, running through every classroom and hall. At the end of the last hall was a teacher, his homeroom teacher. His mom. He ran to her with tears, but the head was faceless. He then jumped through the window wanting to end it all and then read the countdown once again. It read 22:12. He was now on the blacktop with his bones broken and he was screaming in agony. Still disabled, the ground began to fall and he was now floating through a space-like atmosphere. It wasn't space because the air smelled like sweat. He just realized where he was. He was at Bouncing Joy. A trampoline park where they used to go before moving to Hart. This was where he was almost beaten to death by his elementary school bullies. Who were overtook by the manager at the park. Roy was absolutely traumatized by that experience.

The countdown now read 03:45. In the final minutes he began bouncing on the worn-out trampolines that surprisingly didn't break. 3. 2. 1. He woke up in Hart, crying. Carson jumped on him for a hug and he told him about how the cloud just disappeared a few minutes ago. Roy almost died, but he should get used to that feeling because it will be like this until the end of his days.
