-East Blue: Harbor Town, by a port on Harbor Island.

"What do you mean this is your ship?" said Port at the dock by the river port.

Tock heard a 16- or 17-year-old girl say as he was leaning on a box sat beside a stones & mortar wall that looked cool enough to Tocks, as he was waiting for someone to arrive and meet him there. He didn't really expect a scene to happen this close to him, as it was just a normal calm day just 10 minutes ago. But as soon as this girl showed up here, he's had an extra thing to think about besides the waves evenly crashing on the shore and stones under the docks on either side of the port river that seems to slip through the town and empty out on the opposing side of this small(relatively) Island known as "the" Harbor Island of "the" East Blue.

Anyway, Tocks thinks she's up to something, but he'll just remember her and ignore her for now as he's got business to take care of that is more important and there's still his tea that he has to urgently enjoy before it gets cold.

It's some of his favorite, after all since he got to this town he's tried to bring some with him everywhere he goes.

He hears the big bear-like guy yell as his face turns red that, "This is my F464$T#& Ship!!!!"

Port "No! It's not! This one here is mine, and here is your ship!!

Red faced silly guy "OHh!! It's True! But that's strange, I normally dock my boat in the spot just to the left of that stone. Little girl, are you sure that that one isn't yours and this one here is mine?"

Port "Well as much as I'm sure this one is definitely my personal ship which I've sailed far and hard all day and night, to make it here, are you questioning my skills just because I'm a girl?!!"

Guy "Eh, well I wouldn't be so suspicious if you'd just give me back my... ~~~"

They kept on going until the girl finally left on her boat and sailed off. It seemed that the girl's name was Torck the Warrior in her Home-Island and she'd stole some cutlery from the guy earlier and that's why the guy was in a chipper mood all throughout there "negotiation" or what-not, but I had bigger business to attend to at the end. The Negotiator had showed-up on behalf of the trader I was to meet here earlier. The first thing he said was, "Hello Mr. Tocks, I'm so sorry, I have kept you waiting, have you been here long?"

Tock "No, I've just been meaning to ask you. Before there was a girl, Tark mailstrome, or something other. Have you heard of her before? And do you have what I've been waiting for?"

Notch "No Sir, I believe you are referring to that girl that had just left on the baker's boat, correct?"

Tock "Yes. That's correct. and do take your time."

Notch "Right, I have the goods here, take a look." He said as he handed to me a red breifcase and a green, brown and tan briefcase, and continued. "Yes, and the girl's name is not what she said Mr. Tocks. It's most likely Port, from Central City, on a mid-sized Island that's in the West Blue. She has stollen many boats, but that's a first from this town. That's about all that I know. Now I'd bet' get to goin'. See you next time Mr. Tocks. Have a merry day!"

Tock "Yes, thank you, have a nice day, and goodbye Notch." said Tock as he put away his purchase in his long coat that look like just a simple black robe. But it was something more akin to a trench coat as it had many pockets on the inside.

Tock then jumps on his boat and sits down as he checks out his purchase. He worries a little thinking that he might have gotten cheated but it's all there, and the quality is there as well. He can get to making what he needs in that case.
