A fair ways away from the Small House where Tocks has lived in, in a clearing in the forest.

Tocks "Are you seriously not getting any stronger? We have been training for six months now Beeda." Tocks asks Beeda.

Beeda "I'm trying, but it's just not working." Beeda says while tries to make a layer of energy on her hands. She says, "I keep trying but I can't harness this 'Primordial Energy' that you can use."

Looking at her sitting on her knees, Tocks tries to show her again, "I'll show you one more move Beeda. Maybe it's special to me after all." Tocks says as he prepares to show off one more move to Beeda to watch.

Tocks "Witness.~" Tocks prepares and throws a punch at the air and dashes forwards punching with mild rhythm as he sporadically throws caution to the wind and wildly throws a consecutive stream of blows at the air and he then rushes up at a tree throws a punch towards it and bisects the tree, throwing the tree trunk one -hundred feet (a little more than 30 meters) through the forest. Crashing on many trees as it crashes its path through the forest to reach its destination and lays straight down, as though it just happened to fall pointing away from its starting point.

Tocks was satisfied with this punch and continued to punch the air and he punched off a few other trees also. By the end he stopped and stood, looking at the direction of the first tree. Tocks thought about asking Beeda if she say something. As Tocks felt that something strange happened during the punch he'd thrown out first. But he couldn't replicate it again, after the first time he felt it, it went away and he no longer could bring up the feeling again in the other punches. It felt different. The tree that he punched also went much further, leaving the other trees far behind as all the other trees only made it around twenty feet away (six or so meters), giving a very large qualitative gap between then and his first tree. Tocks thought,  'Is that haki? I'll look into it later on.' Tocks thought and then looked away from the first tree and towards Beeda and said to her, "Come on, let's go look at the first tree. Oh, and did you notice anything strange in the first punch I made on the tree? It was different, I think. The tree got thrown much further." He asked, and Beeda stood up and walked up to Tocks and said, "Yeah, it shot off with much more force than every other shot you took. It looked deadlier. And stronger too. I think you should have punched like that more often. It was so cool!~" Beeda said with enthusiasm.

Tocks smiled and said, I will try to punch like that, but I couldn't seem to quite grasp it. Like it slips through my fingers when I try to grasp it." tocks said, pondering why the feeling was so fleeting and wouldn't come back.

Beeda "Well we can train on that later! Let us assess the tree first.~" Beeda started walking towards the tree with Tocks beside her, and they soon arrived. They were mid-conversation when they arrived at the shattered and beaten tree. It was in three big pieces and each one was damaged to some degree, but it was plain to tell which part it was that the fist punched. It looked like it had been in a violent explosion, point-bla- no like there was someone who shoved a lit dynamite stick straight inside of the tree and we see the results, a thick tree splintered from the center exploded outward and scraps barely clinging on straining to stay attached to the rest of the now recked lump of wood.

Looking at the devastated tree, Tocks thinks, 'Wow. That's a lot of damage. Huh? I feel like I might have heard that before in my past life somewhere. But oh well I'll be well off if I don't know.' Beeda thinks, 'Wow!! I can't believe this large tree got shot so far, let alone batter this much. It looks like it's in three pieces. I think it's three. I can't really tell anymore, there is just too much wreckage and splinters, telling them all apart in this state might be difficult. I think that far piece is the bottom piece of the tree and this piece right here is the top of the tree and part of the canopy. But where is the rest of the canopy? It must have gotten beat off on it's new path here.' Beeda thinks as she thinks about the new straight path full of wreckage that her and Tocks walked on together to get here, as she remembers the image she thinks 'Wow.' and says at Tocks, "I'm increasingly wowed by Tocks everyday. Really awesome." Looking at Tocks train has inspired her every day. She wishes she could be like him. She even tried learning the Primordial Energy, but it just wasn't suitable as it never worked the same way Tock used it. Disappointing. But this, she felt that she could learn and use this. This will open up a new path for her so she will learn it. Beeda will train her haki!!!

Tocks smiled at Beeda's words, Tocks was going to say his thanks, but could tell that he wasn't meant to hear it as Beeda spoke the words very lightly, so he decided to pretend as though he never heard her and continued examining the impact and damages on the tree. His hearing is truly abnormal at this point, he could hear the people from town, one mile away, bargaining and haggling prices as they would shop. So, it's expected that he could hear Beeda's words regardless of her talking softly or not. Tocks has to take it upon himself to limit his perception in order to avoid being over-encumbered by all of the townsfolk speaking and other activeties, daily.

Just as Tocks thought these things, he had unconsciously loosened his grip on his hearing restrictions and ended up hearing the village folks talking again. It was ok and Tocks was in a good mood thanks to Beeda's compliment, so he didn't think negatively and decided that he might hear some good information, but he found out something as good as good gets. He heard the process of making a new life for one couple, and then, though not upset, Tocks thought, 'Well, it's to be expected, really. I probably shouldn't listen too, but, who would be able to find out?' Tocks thought a little mischievous but thought, 'I should stop listening.' and Tocks said under his breath, "Haahhh.~" as he started limiting his hearing again to stop just outside of the Town. And he thought, 'Wow.' and turned his attention to Beeda.

Tocks "Beeda can you try to use that power from before? It reminds me of a power called Haki, I want to see if you can use it." Tocks said ushering Beeda to come over and try.

Beeda "I'll give it a shot! Soo.~ Like this somehow?" Beeda says, walking towards Tocks. 'How did his fist move then again?' Tocks recalled the instant when Tocks struck the tree, and imitated it with all of her might put into the punch!

{Boom!!~} [crunch]

Beeda struck the tree, and it could not handle her blow. It collapsed. Pulling the roots together with it. The tree fell on its side, laying down.

Beeda "Ohh! It worked!~" Beeda said, celebrating.

Tocks "Indeed it looks like you're a Haki genius!" Tocks said thinking.

Beeda "I can find a new path of strength now. Tocks do you think I'll be able to reach you if I train this, Haki?"

Tocks "Yea, I don't know about reaching me just yet, but I know that Haki can definitely make you stronger, and you can train it to an absurd level as well. You know, one of the strongest people in the world once used Haki and didn't have any super-powers akin to my Primordial Energy, but was still able to be the King of the Pirates with it reaching levels of strength enough to destroy whole islands with one swing?" Tocks told her a little history, as he crossed his arms and after finishing, he looked at her expecting to see her inspired face, and he was not disappointed.

Beeda "Wow! Well I will train this way. Haki will be my path of strength and I will not lose to you! I'll make it stronger. Just you see! Tocks I have a feeling that I'll be able to grow this Haki in a similar way to your Primordial Energy. Let us have a duel in three months! I'll pass you!! See you in three months later!" Beeda looked at Tocks and felt fire to start her training. She thought, 'Tocks I'll train hard! I'll see you!' Tocks felt good for the rest of the week about this turn-out. But now he thinks, I'll focus on strengthening my technique while I train on my swordsmanship these next months, while I gather more of and condense further the Primordial Energy as a passive training, constantly, as I sleep, eat, work on crafting, and train physically also when I train with the sword practice. Making it a 24/7 active practice. I should get better at it this way, and it should become better as I get more accustomed to it while practicing by doing it constantly without stopping for even a moment. This is what I will do while focusing on for the next two-month period.'

Tocks "Bye bye, Beeda! See you in three months!" Tocks bids goodbye and Thinks, 'There is no way that I'll be losing!'. Confident, Tocks and Beeda begin their three months of training!
