You excitedly entered the school grounds, quickly changed your shoes, and searched for your goth friend. You quickly found him, likely trying to get to the roof. "Hi, Ruto-san." You called out to him, drawing his attention and the attention of the few people in the halls.

"H-Hi, L/N-san." He had a blush on his cheeks.

"Come explore the school with me?" You were asking him a question but it was said like a statement.

"O-Okay." He let out a surprised yelp when you interlocked your arms together and dragged him around.

You two explored the hallways together for a few minutes before ending up near the shoe lockers. The posters on the wall immediately caught your attention. "Aww, look," you pointed at the poster for the occult club, "it's you!" His face got even redder than before. He also looked somewhat hopeful. "D-Do you want to... j-join?" His eyes looked directly at the floor. "I'm not sure..." You tapped your finger against your chin in thought.

"Obviously she'll want to join the drama club." A dramatic voice called out from behind you two. You turned around and were met with a purple haired boy with a smug smile. "I'm not sure about that one either," you argued, not liking how he spoke to your friend, "I'll visit during lunch if I have the time." You spoke with little regard for his ego and took a step closer to Oko. The mystery boy let out a huff before walking away. You quickly went back to browsing the posters, unsure if you even wanted to join a club in the first place. It wasn't like they were mandatory.

'Lets see, lets see.'

Martial Arts, Sport Club - too much of a risk for someone finding out your secret.

Light Music club - your ears were too sensitive, they hurt from just being near the clubroom, much less actually inside it.

Art Club, Photography Club - You probably wouldn't be able to sit still long enough, plus the members seemed... weird, the photography members would also ask too many questions.

Science - Eh, not your strong suit.

Drama - It would draw too much attention, plus that other guy kind of ruined it for you

After more consideration, you made up your mind - you wouldn't join a club, but would still look around. The school day passed with nothing all that eventful happening, your teacher seemed to ignore you completely and said nothing after you walked out of the classroom for lunch.

"I'm going to the cooking club, see you later." You called out cheerily to Oko as he walked up toward the roof. He gave a curt nod before rushing off.

Once in the cooking club you immediately spotted Amao with his back turned to the door, busy with some dish. A sly grin spread across your face, you slowly walked up behind him, as quiet as you possibly can. Once you were directly behind him, you pressed your tongue against the back of his neck. He let out a shriek as he turned around, shock evident on his face. "What was that for!?" He yelled. You only giggled and excitedly responded. "I wanted to surprise you!"

"There are better ways to do that than licking people you know." He scolded, hands on his hips.

"Anyway," you plopped yourself down on the island, "so what do you do in the cooking club?"

"We cook." There was a short silence between you two as you tried to hold back a laugh bubbling to the surface.

"W-well it's mostly baking, we also hold bake sales." He tried desperately to correct his 'mistake' from earlier, cheeks tinted pink.

You let out a giggle and bopped him on the nose, "You're cute when you blush." Instantly after you said that his face went from pink to a deep crimson.

You quickly checked the time and jumped off the counter, gave one last wink to Amao, and went back to class before the bell rang.

The rest of the classes were also uneventful. The death of emperor Murong Wei was interesting though. After the bell rang signalling the end of the day you said goodbye to Oko and made your way over to the drama club.

"Yo-ho~" You called out in a sing-song voice after poking your head into the clubroom. The boy from earlier was the only one inside. He jumped in surprise and turned around to face you. His shock turned into disappointment. "Shame, I thought you were a fellow club member. Unless you're here to join?"

"Maybe," you teased, "Depends on if I like what I see."

"As long as I'm here I'm sure you will."

You scanned the room for a moment, after spotting the wall of masks you couldn't help but let out a small giggle. "What's so funny?" He asks, unhappy that your attention wasn't on him.

"I just thought about how difficult it must be to practise in this tiny room."

He let out a scoff. "This is merely for storage and meetings, we practice our plays in the gym."

"Good to know." You smirked before walking off, leaving him stunned.

...

Once again you ended up spotting Osoro on your walk home.

"Hi." You called out, more comfortable than last time.

"Hey, stalker," he joked. You pouted lightly. "I heard you're hanging out with that drama club snob." He phrased his statement like a question.

"Snob?" You tilted your head to the side.

"Sunobu Kizano," he stared at you, "Did you not know his name?"

You shyly shook your head.

"Man, you are hopeless." He laughed.

...

"Why are you home so late again?" Was the first thing you heard when you got home.

"I was busy with clubs, Mama." You argued. You could basically see stars in her eyes.

"Oh! Which one did you join?"

"None, I was just browsing." Her entire body deflated. If she had her ears out, they would be drooping. "Oh." She walked off.
