A/N: Yeah this is inspired by that one scene in AssClass, you should go check it out
You walked into school with a confident pep in your step and a diamond shaped lapel pin in your pocket. You'd done your research about the bullies the previous night. Most of them were average girls, besides the leader - Ronshaku Musume. She was, obviously, the daughter of a loan shark, and used this to her advantage. Because he owned his own company he probably wasn't involved with your dad, but you had a feeling she knew enough to recognise the pin.
Once you changed your shoes you looked up to a big surprise, literally, it was Osoro waiting for you. And once again, people were staring. In that moment you realised you hadn't actually seen him attend classes.
"So what are you doing here?" You asked, walking to your class.
"Going to school, dumbass." He sounded aggressive, but you knew him well enough to know he was joking.
When you two got to your class he took a seat in the desk in front of yours, not caring who sat there originally. After putting your bag down you immediately honed in on the group of girls gossiping in the corner.
You approached them, mentally preparing yourself. Osoro looked on in shock and anger, he'd told you about what those girls had done to his friends, yet he sensed you had something planned.
"Hey, Musume~" You called out. She spun around to look at you, an excited look on her face. "Yeah, what do you wanna talk about? Did you dump your delinquent boyfriend? Or, like, was it the freaky occult one?" Some of the other girls giggled and you tried to keep your composer.
"Actually, I wanted to like, asked your advice." They urged you to continue while the other kids looked on in anticipation. "You guys are, like, really good with accessories, right?" Musume nodded eagerly.
"Oh! Do you want a make-over?" Hoshiko called out with a sadistic glint in her eye.
"I just wanted to, like, ask you guys where I should, like, put this pin?" You brandished the lapel pin in between your thumb and index finger. Musume's eyes went wide with fear and the other girls talked amongst themselves.
"That's kind of a lame pin." Hana said.
"I know~" talking like them was beginning to give you a headache, "but I got it from my dad, so I kinda have to keep it." You thought it to be impossible, but Musume looked even more scared after you said that.
"I don't know, go ask someone else." Musume's words cut through the tension between the two of you like a knife.
"Aww, guess I'll go ask Oko. We're actually really good friends, you know!" You said, looking Musume dead in the eyes.
"You're really friends with that occult freak?" Hana asked, pulling a face.
"Leave it." Musume scolded, leaving the room to go silent.
You stared at each other for a good few seconds before you walked back to your desk and sat down. Soon most of the students went back to doing their own thing. Osoro turned to you the second you sat down.
"What the hell did you say to her? She looked scared shitless." He asked the question half jokingly, laughing as he did so.
"Just some fashion advice." You had already put the pin in your skirt pocket. You wanted Musume to fear you, not Osoro, so you'd rather not tell him about your dad just yet.
Your teacher looked surprised to see Osoro in class but continued the class as usual.
At the end of the day you found a note had been slipped into your pocket. You quickly checked to make sure the pin was still in your pocket, after confirming, you took out the letter and read it.
It was from Oko, asking you to meet him in the occult club room. After you arrived there you were met with him, standing there, nervously.
"Y-you did something... t-to Musume." He sounded unsure on whether her was questioning you or not.
"Why do you say that, spiderling?" The nickname was based off of his gloves and it made his cheeks turn pink.
"S-she ... apologised ...to m-me. D-did you ... c-curse her?" You chuckled at his nervousness. You took a step closer to him and tilted his chin up. "Maybe~" You leaned in again, lips almost brushing against his, before you abruptly pulled back. "Bye, " you waved, "Have a nice weekend!"
...
You talked about random details of your day with Osoro as you two walked home together. Osoro mentioned his weekend plans involving something with Buraza town.
"Maybe I'll see you there." You teased.
A/N 2: So a little bit of context for those who don't know: In Japan, some yakuza gangs will have lapel pins that their members wear on suits. The reader herself is not part of the yakuza, as women aren't allowed to join, but their dad is.
Sorry if I'm bad at explaining.
