I stood back up and continued walking because I knew that Linzy wouldn't return. Now I needed to find out some ways on how to survive without Linzy since I wasn't used to being without her. My eyes started to fill up with tears, running down my face. I already missed her so much, she was like a mother to me, I didn't care if she wasn't "human". All I cared about was me and her being together. Now I'm here missing when we did endless amounts of training and combined it with games so the training could be more interesting. But that can't happen anymore because she's gone.

I almost tripped on a rock, at the time I was so low on energy, I had no close where I was going. I could only get some energy by eating food so I decided to find food on my own. Ever since Linzy left, I couldn't rely on her to just find food for me and feed me it. I saw some apples on a tree in the distance, so I made my way to them. I didn't care about the apples' condition, I was just that hungry. When I finally reached the tree and kicked the tree with all my strength to get some apples down, I looked up and a bright gleaming light radiated in the tree, it had an unusual shape, it reminded me of the time I first met Linzy.
I squinted my eyes so I could try and figure it out but the strange object shook and soon after it started to fall out of the tree, I jumped back then the egg fell onto the floor. I knew the egg had cracked since it fell down from a very high place. When I walked up to it, I could see all the cracks on it, all I saw was the egg sparkling in the sunlight. It was a purplish egg with sparkly white streaks that were so memorizing to look at. Something started to move inside the egg, I walked backwards because I thought some scary creature was gonna come out of the egg! Then the egg continued to crack, I still stayed back, thinking that a scary creature was going to come out.
"AH! What should I do? It's cracking, did I break it or did I hurt the thing inside it?" I was stressing out, what was going on with the egg? When I looked back at the egg it started to open.
"Oh no! The egg is opening!" I began to panic again, I was scared for my life! What
was gonna pop out of that egg? When I turned my head back towards the egg my eyes widened on what I saw. It was a white cat with purple eyes that just came out of the egg.
"It's a cat?"I said with a puzzled look. Why was a cat in an egg? I decided to ignore it. I walked up to the cat and picked it up and just stared at it. The cat started to open its eyes, it was like the cat just woke up from a long slumber.
"The cat looks so peaceful." I said, admiring how the cat looks. She was the most admirable thing that I had ever seen. When the little cat opened her eyes, she had purple shiny eyes, it was like something I had never seen before. The cat popped some wings from her back, then feathers went flying everywhere. The wings were white and the feathers looked really fluffy and soft. I wanted to touch them but I didn't want to hurt the little cat so I left it alone and just kept holding her.
"Wow, now I want to keep you! How beautiful you are!" I said, having a huge smile on my face. "You know what, I will keep you! And your name will be Leah! Yeah Leah, how does that name sound to you?" I asked, raising Leah in the air because of how happy I was. Leah's eyes started sparkling in the sunlight. I embraced Leah and said something that I thought I was never gonna say in my life.
"Thank you Leah, for joining me on this adventure, I really needed this. A friend tried to help me, guide me and most of all give me company on my adventure. I thanked her for joining me on my adventure, even if she couldn't hear me due to me hugging her too hard and covering her ears while I hugged her I still think she heard me and welcomed me, though she remained silent, all I wanted was for her to stay with me, that was all I needed. Finding her wasthe best birthday gift I could ever ask for.
