I walked even further into the forest with Leah in my arms to find a place to stay. While I was walking I saw a black cloak-like figure just walking past me and Leah.
"Hello? Is anyone there!"  I shouted, turning my body around in a fast motion almost falling so I stood back.
"I can smell your scent!" I shouted again, shocked at what just passed me and Leah. I was even sorta scared.
"That magic... It's so powerful..."My voice shivered in shock, someone can be more powerful than me and matter affect my legs were even shaking because of that figure. Leah was also scared because I was, she was worried because my legs were shaking really bad, I was even on to her really tight.
"Iris, Are you okay?" Leah said, her head moving up towards my face and looked at me in a worried look. She just wanted to know what I was feeling, I mean there was some kind of figure that was more powerful than me. I mean I'm supposed to be the powerful one here!

"Why are you here kid?" The mysterious voice said, me and Leah moved our heads towards the voice and jolted, both of our eyes became wide

"Why are you here kid?" The mysterious voice said, me and Leah moved our heads towards the voice and jolted, both of our eyes became wide. I mean there was a person right in front of us. A new encounter in the forest forest with us. When he came out of the shadows he looked a little familiar but I was just too focused on the person in front of us, I didn't even know there was another person in the enchanted forest besides be and Leah.
"NO! Who are you!" I shouted, I stepped my foot forward on a sorta guard like position, and held leah tightly. My dress and hair are riding on the wind. I went full defensive mode because I thought the mysterious guy was going to attack us so I casted spell and put it behind my back so if he did try to attack me he would be off guard.
"My name is Zeref, The black wizard. You look familiar, you must be Iris and the cat with you is Leah, am I right?" Zeref pointed at both of us and shot something towards us. It was a black like beam so I ran out of the way and slid.
"Hey! What was that for, you could have hurt me and leah! Wait, how do you even know e and Leah's name also!" I shouted in an angrily tone and stood back up, When I looked down at my knee and I had a scratch but it wasn't any ordinary scratch it was fading, red sparkles fading off my skin and then it was gone, but I didn't mind it. I looked back up at him.
"I noticed you had encountered a spell behind your back just to surprise me, pretty impressive." Zeref was impressed by my quick thinking, honestly I still had an angry face because of him. I got ready to cast another spell, holding leah with one arm and casting a spell in the other until zeref said something that I never expected someone to say.
"So Linzy didn't tell you?" He said it in a casual tone like he wanted me to hear it and have guilt for it. He tilted his head toward the side and raised his arm and opened his hand, in a sarcastic pose. I was terrified of what I was about to hear next. I mean what did Linzy not tell me and why should I trust what he was going to say. Why am I even believing this guy anyways, he's a stranger.
"Tell me what!" I shouted in an angry tone and just wanted to know what he had meant by that but what I had heard shocked me.
"Well you know about demons right?" He said it like he was trying to malitutulive me in just words, he also said it so casually. Leah had a terrified impression on her face, on what we just heard about demons . We didn't know that demons were a thing in this world so we both were terrified in general but he ignored our expressions and just continued on with what he was saying.
"So Iris Linzy... You are a demon from the books of Zeref. The book I have created contains all of the information you hold." He encounters a book out of his hand. The book had the letters 'E.I.L' . My eyes opened wide on what I just saw and heard. Leah flew out of my arms because I was about to drop her on what I just had heard. I rested my arms and just zoned out on what just happened. My eyes widened and my eyes were filling up with water, I just wanted to run to him and just beat him up. I mean I am human. I believed it my whole entire life, right?
"You are not human Iris you hear me, you are Riki, the demon of power." He kept saying it over and over again, he's trying to implant what he was saying and making sure what he had said, I understood. I raised my arms and put my hands onto my head, looked onto the floor with my knees bent.
"Stop with this nonsense! I'm human, I have feelings and I can feel pain like an ordinary human would!" I said, screaming it out at him and still in the position I was in I was still in. I cried and cried, shaking my head side to side thinking it was all just a dream but it wasn't, it was a nightmare.
"Why else can you wheel powerful magic! Accept it Iris, you're a demon!" Zeref said, stepping one of his feet forward and raising his hand like he just wanted me to grab it and just believe him. He had said it so much that I finally broke and looked back up at him, rested my arms and fell to my knees, my eyes were starting to water again. My eyes watered so much that I didn't even know what it meant, what was the name, or even what was the feeling name for it. I just didn't know what to do anymore. Linzy had left me without even saying goodbye and without saying anything, and now I've been lied to my whole entire life. This life really is a curse.
"All of my life I thought of me being a human and now I find out I'm not even human!" I yelled at him with my eyes wide and watery and clutching my fist. Now I truly think that I'm a curse to everyone and everything I come in contact with I get hurt. I wish everything would just stop already. There were a few minutes of silence between us. Leah landed onto the floor and went into my arms and gave me a hug and I gave it to her back because she was the only 'Family' I had left.
"Yep, the more you know Riki. The wizard of power, it has a nice ring to it right?" He smirked at me, and walked towards me slowly and stopped right in front of me.
"Say Riki, wanna make a deal with me?" I had a soft tone and stared down at me while my eyes were still watering. I moved my head up slightly so he could see my face and hear what I was going to say to him.
"My name is Iris, and what is the deal. You already screwed up my life for me already, you might even make it harder so just go ahead." I said, not having a care in the world anymore. I held leah even harder and also clutching my fist because I was so angry.
"I'll train you to learn the remainder  of your magic and your lessons and you will be of service to me." Zeref wanted me to be in service to him. I didn't know what he had meant but I just gave up and just listened to him.
"Well Riki, do you accept my offer?" Wow zeref really wanted me to work with him but I don't know if I should.
"Why should I train with you?" I still didn't trust him because one, he just told me I was not even human but a demon. I was making a decision on if I should just go train with him to get more power.
"Well one, you will be known for being the trainee of the dark wizard zeref. You will also be the most powerful wizard. That's what you want right?" Zeref said, smirking down at me and putting his hand out so if I did accept the offer i'll just take his hand and just walk with him.
"That is a good offer." I said, my eyes turning lifeless. I brung up my head so I could look at him so I could get a more visual sight of him. Leah shook my arm because she noticed how I was acting. She shakes and shakes my arm but I still didn't respond.
"No Iris! Don't listen to him, he just wants to use you for your power!" Leah shouted, her eyes tearing up and her small body shaking in my arms. When she said that, I looked back down at her and said something to her that would shock her.
"Leah, this is my decision. You might be my friend but you will never control my choices and thoughts." I said to her, with a dense tone. I didn't make eye contact with her, I just kept looking at Zeref's hand still thinking if I should take his offer. I mean my life was already going under, and I do need more power.
"Fine, but in one condition." I said, I grabbed his hand and leah opened her eyes in shock. She didn't trust Zeref but I needed power so I just said yes.
"Anything Riki." Zeref said helping me up From the ground, I still had leah in my arm. I also gave Zeref a kind-of death stare. I gave him that stare so he could take me Seriously. For a seven year old girl, it wasn't normal but I was different from the rest.
"One, you will consider me as a powerful being. Two you will trai me nonstop, you promised me to be powerful so you will do that. Finally, you will not harm me and leah. If I do create a bond with you do not take it for granted you hear me." I said, clutching onto his hand signalizing that I am not playing any games and I am serious.
"Ok Riki, I understand." Zeref said, staring into my eyes. He looked like he understood what was going on so I continued speaking.
"I am the most powerful demon of the books of Zeref and I will be at service to you Zeref." I said, having a dense tone to my voice. I wanted to say something else but I couldn't think of anything else to say but I heard him say something that I was sorta thinking of since the beginning when I met him.
"Well Riki, what are we wasting time for, let's go do some training so you will be known as the most powerful wizard in the universe." Zeref let go of my hand and walked away so I followed him into the trees. I had leah in my arms, she gave a disgust look at me and Zeref because I agreed to train with him and we just met him so of course she wouldn't trust him but you have to take the opportunities that were given to you so you can be better than anyone else.
