Forgotten Sister (Black Veil Brides)

Chapter 3

*Time Skip - First Concert*

Tonight was the night of my first concert as lead guitarist for Black Veil Brides. I was beyond excited and I couldn't believe I was actually here. On the same token though, I was also nervous. What if they didn't like me? What if I got hate for standing in for Jake? What if.- My thoughts were cut short by Jake tapping me on the shoulder.

"We have an hour and a half to go. Time to get changed." He said. I smirked. None of the boys had seen my costume yet and I was extremely excited for them to. They had been bugging Lily and I about it ever since I had told them I already had a plan for my costume and makeup.

"Is there a spare dressing room which I could get changed in? I don't want you guys to see my costume before the show." I asked, a smirk present on my face. He groaned.

"OH COME ON!! You've been hiding it for two days now. Can we pretty please see it?" He begged, giving me puppydog eyes.

"Nope. You'll see it when the masterpiece is finished." I said. He pouted. "LILY!" I called. She ran over to me holding the bag that contained war paint and my outfit.

"Time to get ready is it?" She asked. She then looked at Jake. "OUT! You shall not see my masterpiece until it is finished!" She commanded. I laughed as he backed out of the room, hands in the air in surrender. As soon as the door was closed she sprinted over to it, locked it, and then ran back over to me.

"Right. Clothes are in the bag. Get dressed now." She commanded. I saluted her and pulled out the things that she had chosen for me. I smirked when I saw what she had packed for me. The boys were going to pass out when they saw me.

She had packed me a black corset for my top, along with a black BVB sleeveless vest with 'REBEL' written in white on the back. She also packed me really short black leather short shorts with torn stockings and black boots. I had black and silver leather fingerless gloves, really big silver hoop earrings with a star in each hoop, a black necklace with beads on different strands all connected to a choker, as well as some 'Black Veil Brides' wristbands.

"You are a genius. You know that right?" I said to her, lowering the corset that I would soon be wearing.

"I know." She said proudly. "Now, let's get you dressed and ready. Here, I'll help you with the corset." She said making her way over to me.

A few minutes later I was dressed and now all I had to do was my war paint. Lily said she had an idea of what she wanted so I let her do whatever with my face. It took her about 20 minutes but by the end it looked amazing. The base of my face was had a pale tint to it, and completely black lips. She had done a ring of black around my eyes, a thin line below my eye, and my entire eyelid in black. I was going to wear shades to cover my eyes while I was performing until such time as I had told Jinxx who I was though.

"There! Done!" She said, handing me the final touch for my outfit (my sunglasses). "Stand up and do a twirl for me." I stood up out of my chair and did a twirl for her.

"PERFECT!!" She screamed. "Now lets go and show those boys what I have created." She said, a grin forming on her face.

I looked in the mirror and gasped. I looked amazing! Lily was seriously a miracle worker.

I looked at the clock and we still had an hour to go. Lily walked towards the door and unlocked it.

"BOYS!" They all turned to her. "The masterpiece is ready." She said gesturing towards me. Their mouths dropped when they saw what I was wearing.

"Close your mouths. You'll catch flies." I said. All of their mouths snapped shut and they all snapped out of their trance, which was good because it was really awkward to have Jinxx staring at me like that.
