"DAD NO!" I cried out in pain as my Father forced me onto a small boat and pushed me out to sea.

I drifted away as I watched everything I've ever loved crumble Infront of me.

My entire Village burnt down and everyone was gone. The last thing I had saw before I passed out from exhaustion was my Father lying on the docks as he died right Infront of me.

"Dad. . " I tried to reach for him as I drifted further but, I passed out from the burns on my skin and smoke In my lungs.

The calm waves rocking the boat back and forth. I slowly creaped my eyes open rubbing the sleep and exhaustion away. I sat up slowly with missing pieces of my memory.

I looked around the dim and gloomy scene. The sky and ocean was dark, and there was a thick mist covering the ocean and sky. I turned around to be face to face with a mysterious island I've never seen before. Rocks surrounded the bottom and it was high up.

I looked up and took a long breath in.

I can do this. .

I began climbing the side of this great cliff. As I got higher and higher I could no longer see the ocean nor the boat I arrived in, do to the thick mist.

I reached my arm over the edge of the cliff and pulled myself up. I was met with a clearing and a few feet away was a thick forest. It was quite and didn't seem to be anyone here. I was alone.

I fell to the ground as my memory came back to me.

Everything I knew and loved was gone. My d-dad he. . . He's fine right he could have been saved, there's no way h-he died.

Tears seaped out of my eyes of the thought of being completely alone. How will I survive? Or get off of this island? Of course I knew a few things of survival being a viking and all but, I've never been completely alone before. .

Then I heard rustling from behind me.

I wasn't alone.
