22. Hospital

It had been a day since the incident happened and Boruto was in one of the infirmaries still healing from the wound. Boruto thought it was only a scab but turns out it was much worse than he thought. Sarada had no idea what happened besides mitsuki and he feels awfully guilty about it. Boruto also felt extremely bad. while sitting in his bed enjoying his dinner for the night sakura came in with a bright smile "Oh hey aunt sakura" he softly smiled and continued eating "how's the food?" she asked him. the blonde wanted a burger but the food he had been giving was still good "you might be leaving tomorrow in the afternoon but someone will be helping you for awhile" the pink haired women sighed "also we found a fracture in your arm, that's why we gave you a cast" Sakura while boruto looked at his somewhat broken arm "Anything else?" Boruto asked while setting his plate to the side "we hired a Genin to help you throughout the week until your wound heals" She said then closed the door. Boruto groaned at the thought of being chaperoned, but then thought of who it was, hopefully not some random dude. he sighed and laid in the bed and drifted off

(The next day... 

In the kitchen laid a blue haired boy preparing something on the counter. surprisingly the kitchen wasn't that much of a mess like other times "whatever you're cooking, gives me some" out of the blue Log came from the corner startling mitsuki "what are you wearing?" he asked looking at his little brother up and down "Something wrong with it?" Mitsuki seemed confused while slicing a piece of cake and putting it in the bento box. log sighed but noticed the cloth he was gonna wrap around it "you haven't used that in awhile" he said almost with a sweet smile "I know. i guess i just forgot about it" mitsuki said then took the cloth to wrap it around. Log stood up an began to walk out without a word.

"When are they coming?" Boruto asked sakura impatiently. he could admit he was a bit excited to see who it was, maybe it was one of his friends "They should be at the front desk" Sakura explained before they both heard a knock at the door "Come in!" She yelled and saw one of the nurses enter "The genin you hired is downstairs waiting, would you like me to go get them for you?" the nurse asked. sakura nodded and the nurse left "who is it?" he asked. sakura smiled "calm down!" She sighed "hello mrs. sakura" The two heard from the door "oh welcome mitsuki!" the pink haired lady waved while Boruto's heart felt like it was gonna burst "hello boruto" Mitsuki smiled as he clenched the bento to his chest "H-hey Mitsu.." Boruto smiled lovingly "alright I better get going now!" the pink haired lady got up from one of the seats and left. mitsuki walked over to the blonde and sat on the bed "I made this for you" he handed Boruto the bento he prepared " haven't seen this cloth in awhile" Boruto grinned while looking at the baby blue cloth with bunnies on it "I-i haven't used it in awhile so that makes sense" he blushed "smells good" Boruto smiled as he unwrapped the cloth to see delicious food with a slice of cake on the side "looks yummy" Boruto took a fork an took a bite of the cake and was blown away! boruto never tasted any cake better than his mothers before "How is it?" mitsuki asked a little worried "AMAZING!" Boruto yelled startling mitsuki "i-im glad you like it" He smiled at the unexpected response. boruto tried to get out of bed "are you doing alright?" Mitsuki asked helping him "its good. It's just difficult to get out of his damn bed" boruto sighed. mitsuki smiled and made sure boruto could stand "alright let me get your clothes" Mitsuki said then left the room.

Boruto sat on the bed enjoying the rest of his meal. it was fucking Delicious! but mitsuki hasn't come back yet...all of a sudden he felt a swift wind pass the back of his head. he felt the back and saw that a little bit of hair was there! "What?.." Boruto thought then looked around only to see a fucking kunai sticking out of the wall. he got suspicious then went to where it was located. turned out to be surprised there had been a name written on it  "what the hell.." He mumbled while taking it out of the wall "i'm back- where'd you get a kunai!?" Mitsuki rushed over with the clothes in his hand and placed them somewhere "hey its not mine!" boruto yelled but nearly fell on his butt "be careful boruto!" mitsuki seemed a little annoyed. it scared the blonde to the point where he rushed back to his seat "i leave for a second and you've already put a hole in the wall.." Mitsuki facepalmed himself "hey it wasn't me!" boruto shouted. mitsuki looked back at him and groaned. he wanted to believe his boyfriend but he wasn't sure if he had just been lying or not "i-its fine...lets just get you to my place, i have more things there! just let me help you change" Mitsuki smiled as if he forgot about the whole thing..
