Is it competition?

Jason Todd and Dick Grayson never could see eye to eye on things, whether it be because of the age difference or lack of relationship, no one knew. The one thing they could agree on through and through, was you. How your hair shined in the light, your beautiful eyes on a sunny day- or even at night! Your delicate figure and the style that adorned it, everything that just made you you.

Both of them had fallen head over heels for you since the first time they had met you. There wasn't anything particular that drew them to you, it was just you being you, and over time each brother  realized that the other brother had also fallen for you. The whole ordeal became a competition and of course you noticed.

Some mornings you would find a rose on your bedside table and other early days you would find breakfast awaiting you. You would blush from the gesture but continue on with your day. Though throughout the day you were accompanied by either Jason or Dick. You absolutely adored the kind gestures and loved the attention, but all of this was making your decision difficult.

Who to choose?

Of course you could choose Jason, the strong independent man that lived through such trauma and has become a hero on the streets. He was funny and sarcastic, never failing to make you laugh or pull you to preform a fun activity with him. Though despite doing these fun activities he guaranteed your safety no matter what, he had his mature moments.

Or you could choose the older brother, just as strong and independent, he even had his funny moments. He was there for your sad days and lifted you from dark places. He was a bit more mature and always made sure you were safe. The work he did as a hero was amazing, a bit different from Jason's but both boys got the job done.

And of course you could choose neither; what? You didn't want to break either of their hearts so why not make everyone sad!? Honestly that was exactly what you were thinking of at this very moment.

The moment you knew would happen eventually though wished it didn't.

The moment when both love struck men would pull you aside and say-

"Choose" This left you wide eyed and speechless. They hadn't given you enough time, how in the world were you supposed to choose?
Your mouth became dry and breath halted in your throat.
"What?" You mutter to them.

"We want you to choose" Jason stated.
"It's pretty obvious we both like you, and now we want to know who you like" Dick explained. You couldn't help but gulp. The predicament you found yourself in was a difficult one. For some reason you found yourself becoming emotional. You felt shy, guilty, confused, uncomfortable, and panicked.

"Guys I-I don't know" You breathed out. They only stood still, expressions stoic and stern. It was clear that they wanted a final answer. Too bad you didn't have one.

"I don't know what to tell you both if I'm being honest. You both have been so good to me" You looked down as you began fidgeting with your fingernails. Jason huffs but Dick stops him from speaking.
"We know we haven't really made this decision easy for you, but we also know that we're tired of waiting" He says. You sigh bite down on your lip in thought.

"No" You state simply. Both boys glance to the other in confusion before looking back towards you for further explanation.
"I'm admitting now that I've developed strong feelings for both of you. If I choose one, I won't be happy because I'll miss the other. I couldn't do that to either of you, so no. I won't choose" You admit, tears pricking your eyes. The thought of loosing either brother plagued your mind, and you were scared.

Jason reaches up and scratches his neck while glancing at his brother, who was currently deep in thought.
"Well..I wouldn't mind sharing with this idiot. As long as I can still have you" He mumbles. Dick looks to him surprised for a moment but quickly looks back to you.
"Yeah I wouldn't mind, I feel the same as Jason. It's up to you"
