The turtle boys when they kiss their s/o:

Leonardo:

Kisses from his s/o is a must, especially at nights. He even stands before you in his blue pj, bends down and waiting for you to give him a kiss goodnight. He used to have a lucky rock for his mojo, but since you came to his life, he is having his lucky girl. One peck on the cheek was his good-luck kiss for anything. On the lips is a rare thing for Leo, as he prefers to shower your forehead with kisses. He heard that it represents deep respect for another, giving it a double kiss....for double respect. Don't ask me, it's Leo logic XD

Donatello:

That cute boy already has a hard time to pass a good zing, but kissing you is even more challenging. His timing is awful when he demands your lips. Studying, eating, even talking to others won't stop him to claim what he sees as his own. Although, his move are quite innocent an almost childlike. When I don't get the hint in words, I will get this sweet look in his eye while his finger fiddle with his techboo. How can zmyou say no to that? Give me some science boy.

Raphael:

His kisses are sweet and innocent. The main reason for them is to show you that he cares for you. Those are very sacred for that red turtle and no one is allowed to take that precious moment from you two. (Leo tried to snitch one off only to get a first in his face). Most of the time you do t even know when you get them, as he just uses his slow motion jutsu to kiss you out of the blue. Prepare to blush a lot, because this big turtle gives kisses at any time. His favourites are the cheek or your nose.

Michelangelo:

If you don't share kisses he will go nuts. His big puppy eyes will haunt your dreams if you ever miss out a good-night kiss. (Or maybe because he  looks right at you while you sleep, with those eyes and whining like a puppy for attention). Favourite place to give you kisses are the shoulders and neck. He knows it tickles you, making this even more fun for him.

Splinter:

He doesn't kiss often but wouldn't deny them either. Most of the time when he wants one, is the time he sees couples on shows kissing eachother. Like a little kid that didn't get a birthday present, he pokes your shoulder with his rat tail and stares into your eyes for attention. You didn't have to ask what he wants, one look at the TV and you knew what he wants. Just to be sure... Donny can block certain channels, right?

April:

She doesn't hesitate to kiss her s/o on the lips at any time. Her devotion is huge and her love even more, so why not showing it?
Shy look? Nope, she doesn't have it, it is full of confidence. Although you might have to fight with Mayhem for kisses on the cheek, as she gets them mainly to that fur ball.

Jones:

Kisses from his s/o are the sunshine in his life, considering that he is in survival mode. He always cherishes those moments with them as they distract him from the war...if only for a few minutes...its worth the wait.
Master Leo teases him most of the time, because Jones face heats up after a kissing session.

Baron Draxum:

"Don't touch me with your germ hole!" Was his first reaction to a innocent kiss on the cheek. Don't try to force them on this grumpy man. If anyone takes the first step it is Barry and he only kisses your hands. Why? Simple, he can disinfect them. Hopefully you can get him to open up and assure him that those germs won't do any harm to him.
