His Pilot (Yan! Mechagodzilla x Fem! Reader)

Y/n looked in awe of the City but then she felt something, she looked down to see nanometal rising up quickly to kill the servum that was targeting Y/n and covered the monster with the metal.

Y/n looked surprised but happy and she quickly went down to where the signal was coming from.

"Where's Y/n?! Has she already left for the city without us!?" Said Professor Martin.

"Y/n was obsessed with Mechagodzilla because she wanted to kill Godzilla and seemingly she's more prone to look out for her goals only because to save everyone else's. She was injured because of it." Said Galu-gu.

"Still she made a dangerous decision and now she's probably doing more harm than good." Said Belu-be.

Y/n looked at the carcass, and soon entered the head to see the cockpit, she sat down at the comfortable seat, but soon she started to get serious and turned on the commands, it glitched for a moment before the nanometal started to build the command center.

"Soon enough, everything will be a reality once again and humanity will finally return to Earth." Said Y/n as she saw the control center finally finished, and saw the whole City in the digital map and now it had adapted to her needs so Y/n took off her helmet.

Y/n felt her head aching, she groaned as a high pitch sound inflicted her mind, she gasped when she heard a robotic voice.

"Welcome back, my pilot."

Y/n paused as she slowly turned to one of the screens, Mechagodzilla was speaking to her, maybe he grew his own consciousness after all after his defeat and built the city?

Of course not, it never even had an A.I, at least she never knew of his programming, Belu-be and Galu-gu did say he didn't have anything that was even close to an A.I only his orders-

"I know you are skeptical of my Consciousness, but I assure you I am very much alive."

Y/n was taken aback, so he did grew a conscious after 20,000 years.

"Sorry about that, it's just that Belu-be and Galu-gu never said anything about you having anything close to an A.I, if I may how did you end up with this?" Said Y/n, she saw a red glow slightly dimmed before glowing.

"After you left those 20,000 years ago, and my head was tossed aside from Godzilla, I began constructing this city, hoping that one day I would finally reunite with you and finally destroy Godzilla as per my creators will. But now you are here, you can rebuild me easily, with one click of a button." Said Mechagodzilla as a button appeared, a red glow humming as Y/n looked like she was in a trance and without hesitation she clicked the button and decided to add in modifications to Mechagodzilla.

Y/n was beaming in excitement, she was going to rebuild humanity and destroy Godzilla for the good of everyone, and finally her fallen comrades and family will be at peace.

But soon her construction was interrupted by a camera screen showing her crew mates and seeing a button asking to terminate intruders.

"What? Nope to that, they are my allies." Said Y/n as she pressed the no button and allowed them inside.

"Y/n! There you are!" Said Martin as he quickly approached her but before he could even stand an inch closer the professor was grabbed by metal tubes with claws and was dragged away.

Y/n saw Martin and grabbed him out of the claws ceasing the defense mechanisms from harming the Professor.

Red glowed angrily and spitefully as the mech watched Martin touching Y/n, but then he looked at Galu-gu and Belu-be.

"What even was that?!" Said Martin.

"It's one of Mechagodzilla's commands, to protect the pilot is one of two, maybe Mechagodzilla still serves Y/n after all and protects her, probably confusing you for a threat." Said Galu-gu like it wasn't a problem that Martin was about to be yeeted out of the city.

Meanwhile Y/n was annoyed by Belu-be's questions, she didn't even know why she wanted to be friends with an emotionless alien that probably wouldn't give her a glance.

"I know I am annoying, but that doesn't give you the right to do it back, so why don't you just back off since you got what you asked." Said Y/n coldly as she stormed away from Belu-be who said nothing but sighed.

"What's wrong Y/n? Is it because of my speed in rebuilding my upgrading body? I can speed up the other projects and then continue back." Offered Mechagodzilla, Y/n didn't tell them about Mechagodzilla's consciousness, she gritted her teeth as she squeezed her wrist.

They probably only cared now because she was a soldier, she was a committee member, not to be trusted because of the conspiracy. They probably would be better off if she doesn't do anything that will ruin the plan.

"It's just that, I feel like nobody cares only my qualities as a soldier, they don't understand why I even volunteered or did what I did, they just see me as a mistake. Maybe I am just stupid, why did I even live?" Sighed Y/n, she was tired and just wanted to sleep, not noticing the claws reaching out for her only to disappear when Metphies entered.

"Are you alright Y/n?" Said Metphies, Y/n's hairs stood up, it was something about him that felt like Y/n was standing in the presence of a psychopath.

"Oh, hey Metphies, I'm alright I'm just tired." Said Y/n as she revealed the construction of Mechagodzilla's new body.

"Impressive, though I have a question to ask, why is it that you always quake one my presence, am I that bad a person?" Asked Metphies, Y/n was taken aback, Mechagodzilla quickly grabbed Metphies and threw him out of the room, locking it immediately.

"You were uncomfortable, do you want me to kill him? With an array of options, I can make it seem like an accident-" Said Mechagodzilla but Y/n shook her head.

"No, I'll deal with him, for now I'm just tired." Said Y/n before claws reached out and put Y/n on a bed and Y/n felt warm.

As soon as Y/n was asleep, Mechagodzilla soon shut down the modifications to build his new body more quickly, he'll be sure that he will save his pilot and destroy Godzilla.

But little to no one, Mechagodzilla will be a force to fear like Godzilla....
