Painted night skies
And sweet lullabies
Ladybugs for luck
And bright fireflies
Croaking frogs
And shining flashlights
Sweet sugar kisses
And hot holding hands
Air smells like earth
And the earth smells like spring
It's seven o'clock
And still light outside
Running around
Barefoot on the ground
Hiding in the trees
Are our secrets to keep
Midnight swims
That no one else sees
Laughing through leaves
Making memories
