Aziraphale paced worriedly around his book shop. Crowley groaned and rose to his feet. "Angel, calm down I'm sure it's fine." The Demon reassured, Aziraphale let out a heavy sigh and gave the Demon a slight smile.
"Yes, I'm sure it's fine." The Angel repeated, presumably to himself. He slowly walked back to the two vintage love seats, he sat on the opposite side of Crowley, leaving a decent distance between them. Crowley sighed and lifted his legs up to the table, resting them comfortably on the glass table. "Would you like some tea my Dear?" Angel asked, Crowley flattened out his mouth and sat up slightly.
"You know I don't drink tea Angel." Crowley reminded his Angel, Aziraphale rolled his eyes and nodded. He stood up and walked over to the kitchen.
"You should at least try it, you have always been the judgey type." Aziraphale jokingly said, Crowley hummed. They didn't know what to do after Armageddon, they had been sitting around all week. It has been a full week since Armageddon, they assumed they wouldn't be bothered, but Aziraphale was becoming more and more nervous.
"I have Angel, I tried it a quadrillion times for fucks sake." The Demon responded, Aziraphale walked back over and sat the two cups of tea down.
"I know dear." He pushed the other to the Demon that sat across from him. Crowley glared at Aziraphale through his dark glasses. Angel looked back expectingly, Crowley sighed and sat back up.
"Alright alright!" Crowley shook his hands around in the air and set his legs back down to the ground. Aziraphale smiled and sipped his tea, satisfied with his victory. Crowley grabbed the tea and sipped the bitter sweet liquid. He winced in slight disgust.
"Now, I have some tidying up to do before I open the shop again, would you mind helping me?" Aziraphale asked, gently putting his cup back down. Crowley sighed, he couldn't say no to the angel, well most of the time.
"Do I have to-"
"Yes." The Angel quickly said back to the Demon before he could even respond. The red head sighed one more time then stood up. Some bone cracked from the stiff pose he had been in. He stretched, raising his arms. Aziraphale smoothly stood up and walked over to the misplaced books on his wooden desk. "You pick up any paperwork on the floor and return it to the back please." Aziraphale explained, Crowley hummed.
"Yeah I know Angel, I've helped you enough to know what the fuck to do." He responded, The angel couldn't help but smile slightly. Crowley wasn't tired of Aziraphale, he actually enjoyed helping him around the book shop. The Demon never admitted it, but he enjoyed the company, and just the Angel in general.
"Thank you." The Angel cooed, Aziraphale always enjoyed having Crowley over. He was loud, and slammed the door open everytime but he couldn't help but smile whenever he was with the Demon. They didn't know what they would do if their heads would go after them, but they made sure they would stay together to matter what.
Crowley rolled out of his large bed. He hit the floor and jumped up frightened. "What the fuck!?" He cussed, Demons don't need to sleep, they aren't meant to sleep but when Crowley learned that he could, it became a daily activity. Aziraphale on the other hand barely slept. He would either be reading, or just doing something else that Crowley didn't bother to ask about. He rubbed his eyes and stumbled to get changed. He grabbed his spray bottle on his way out, he was greeted by his various, green, plants.
"Hola, konichiwa, or whatever." Crowley swatted his hand in the air and started to water his plants. Looking for spots, until there was a loud knock on his door. He froze and put the mist bottle on the ground. "Ah fuck..." He murmured to himself, he slowly walked to the kitchen where the door was. There was a frying pan on the counter, he snatched it and slowly walked up to the door. There was more knocking, they started to sound less patient than before. He twisted the handle, once it was open he held the pan up in defense.
There was a loud silence. He opened his eyes, just then realizing he didn't have his glasses on. "Master Crowley." The women crossed her arms and stared at the Demon. He dropped the pan and stared in disbelief. "Mary!?"
Aziraphale sipped his tea in delight, he had just found a book that he enjoyed. Of course he had read it multiple times but it was fully worth it. He tapped the book then went for another sip but his tea was gone. "Oh for heavens sake." He gently put his book down and stood up with his cup. He hummed a tune while grabbing his kettle. "Oh heavens." He sighed and filled the Kettle back up with water. Now he had to wait for the water. He tapped on the counter impatiently. He was about to miracle the water to boil but there was a gentle knock on the door.
"Police open up!" Aziraphale blinked, then walked to the door slightly annoyed. "Oh dear..." He started to cuss under his breath slightly. He opened the door and was surprised to see an angel in front of him. That wasn't a police officer. They had darkish skin and brown hair that you could slightly see from the white hat. They wore a white uniform, he knew that was no police officer but why ruin the moment? He awkwardly smiled at the 'police officer' "Hello Hello Hello! What's all this then?" Aziraphale winced, with a sigh.
