1st person of testube
I fluttered my eyes open as the sun came into view in the hotel room. I sit up and yawn, pulling off my cork. I look at the bed on the opposite side of me and see lightbulb wasn't there. That's weird, she normally sleeps in. She probably already got breakfast and is doing something. Oh well, time to go to the lab for another day of testing! I pull the blanket off of me and slip on my bunny slippers before scattering off to my not so secret lab.

I rush to the vending machine and smacked in the code. I readjust my brown cardigan as I get to my destination, aka my lab. I finally land on the ground and put on my goggles. I head towards my counter, full of liquids when suddenly, I hear small whimpers. I look to the side to see my bathroom door exactly 0.1 inch more open than usual. I grab my measuring tape and my clipboard just to make sure. After running some tests, my door was more open than it usually is.

Could an experiment have gotten lost? Who or whatl could be in there? Just then, I realized that when I grabbed my clipboard, I noticed my animal substance that changes someone into half animal, like a wolf, was empty! I came to the conclusion that someone had drank my potion, ran to the bathroom and hid, hoping I wouldn't find them. I armed myself with my smaller laser beam and slowly sneaked into the bathroom. As I entered my high tec bathroom with 2 bathroom stalls, just in case a friend needed to use the bathroom, I could hear soft moans and groans. I crouch slowly to the first stall and knock. I don't hear anything from inside. I then go over to the second stall. The second stall has more noise, I knock on it. I hear a gasp that sounded like..

"Lightbulb?" I ask, knocking again. The door gets unlocked, but not opened. I slowly and gently open the door and look on the ground to see lightbulb, but she's different this time. She had brown wolf ears that looked super fluffy and a long brown tail that got bigger towards the end. "Lightbulb, W-wh-what happened?!"  I asked, helping her up. She whimpered again, her ears going down as she sparked a bit, "I saw the potion on the table, and I thought I was fruit punch, so...I d-drank it..and this happened!" She explained, her tail swaying against her legs. My confused expression softened as I moved everything off my table and helped lightbulb sit on it. "Ok, let's run some experiments." I said, grabbing my clipboard, a pen, and a new sheet of paper.

After a few experiments, I determined that the potion would only last 24 hours. "Ok, when did you drink the potion, lightbulb?" I inquired. "Right when I woke up and headed down to your lab, maybe 9:40 AM?" I scribbled down the time on the paper before looking at my watch. It was 10:35 AM. I subtract the numbers and come to the conclusion. "Ok, so it's been 105 minutes since u drank the potion, which equals to about an hour and 45 minutes, leaving 23 hours and 15 minutes until you return to normal." I calculated, lighty listening. "What do I do in 23 hours to pass the time besides reading to Baxter?" Lightbulb asks. I look in the drawer under the table, turning it upside down and dumping everything out.

"Maybe there's something in-" I stop when I see my love letter. I quickly grab it, my face flushed and my liquids bubbling. "Oooh!!~ who's it for testy?~" lightbulb asks. "I-it's nobody, I think we should continue our focus on-" I couldn't continue as lightbulb snatched and love letter and carefully opened it. I reached for it, but her being on the table and I on the ground, lightbulb kept it out of my reach. I started to climb up on the table as lightbulb started to read the letter. "Dear crush, you may be wondering who I am, but I really like you" "stop it lightbulb!" I yell, still trying to climb up, my palms sweaty. "I am test tube, your friend, and I hope that you like me back. The percentage of you liking me back is small, but I'm still taking my chances? Testtube, this is kinda nerdy!"

"Just don't read the rest of it.." I ask, almost on the table. "Hmm, ima read it!" "Lightbulb!" "It's time I revealed who you are-" "stop it!!" "You are-" "Stop lightbulb!" "Lightbulb..?" My mind goes limp as I finally get on the table, but fall onto lightbulb. I squeeze my eyes tight, waiting for my rejection. After a few moments of not hearing anything, I open my eyes to see lightbulb inches from my face. My face flushed yet again as I immediately rocked back onto my knees. "Test tube.. you...you like me?" She asked as her tail wagged and her ears went straight up. Embarrassed, I looked away, nodding. I stared off at my equipment, I felt like I wanted the world to swallow me up. Lightbulb then pulled my face back to face hers. I force myself to look her in the eyes, tears pricking them. She pulls me in for a kiss, letting my tears spill.

My eyes widen as I started to cry. I kiss her back, hugging her with one hand, and the other hand holding the back of her head. We pulled away as lightbulb wiped my tears away, "hey, it's ok testy, it's ok.." she said, pulling me in for a full hug. I hug her back, hard. My eyes had dried up from crying as she helped us get down as we were still on the table. "So uh, what now?" I ask, looking into her eyes. "Well we could cuddle, I am softer now!" She suggested, letting me giggle. I pressed a button that led to my bedroom, with its king size, dark green sheets, and dark grey pillows. She smirked at me but then suddenly picked me up! She then threw me onto the bed and jumped beside me. We both landed perfectly next to each-other as she wrapped her arms around me. I let myself melt into her chest, letting her hold me tight.
