Sorry for the short chapter. But that's all that I felt needed to be in it. Also, the Second Tournament of Power will not make much sense if you don't know what Dragon Ball New Age is. I'll give you a short version, it's a Dragonball Fanfiction Manga set a year after the events of GT. The video above is the full Manga, please watch it. I wanted to add Rigor to this story because I enjoyed the Dragon Ball New Age Manga. Also, for those of you who know who this is, Tarble will be fighting with his older brother Vegeta during the Second Tournament of Power. (Tarble is cannon Vegeta brother unlike Rigor, who is fanmade brother) The Z Fighters will fight for Universe 7 as a team called the Z Fighters. (Obviously.) I will name off the characters fighting for each universe and the teams and the team members. Also with confirmation from someone else, I might add in a thirteenth universe. I still need their permission though so nothing is guaranteed. I'll let you know what happens with that when the time comes. (The reason that I need permission is because I want to use someone else's very cool characters from their story. Already asked, just waiting for the answer.) Hope you all enjoy the story I'll update soon.
