I can here everything but I can't move I'm in so much pain it hurts sooo bad.

VEENA COME HERE NOW!

Yes dad? What's up? I say peeking into my dad's office.

Dad: was there a reason you missed training today?

Veena: well um ah girl issues. Sorry dad
He gives me a look, I give a smile.

Dad: okay you have a pass for today. But before you go I need you and Renee to be on yall best behavior this weekend there are going to be a lot of alphas and baetas here this week and I don't need you two causing trouble.

Venna: last year wasn't our fault, but yes dad we will be on our best behavior.

He looks up at me with a very stern look, I roll my eyes at him and laugh, I let him know we will be fine. I leave my dad's office and head out to the training field to meet my best friend Renee. As I'm walking up I see renee and her twin brother Ricky training and my girl is kicking his ass. Renee is 5'7 a solid 165 and dark skin.  now Ricky on the other hand is 6'2 ,dark skin, about 200 pounds with locs and muscular build.
"Get him girl" I yell out to renee as I finally make it to them.

Renee: hey girl where you been today. She says walking towards me.

Veena: I over slept.

what's up Veena, ricky says flashing me a smile. you look fine today.

Veena: boooooooy ik you not trying to flirt.
Ricky: girl you know you like that, he says as he runs toward the pack house

We laugh at him and decide to walk around the Pack grounds and smoke I tell renee what my dad said. She rolls her eyes and looks at me.

Renee: so we beat a few girls up last year at the unity BBQ and he thinks we're going to fight every year.

Venna: I mean we did knock over a whole table of food and you pushed alpha mac's wife in the pool.

We laugh and start walking towards the pack house. Once inside Renee go's to her room and I go to mine. I take a shower and climb into bed.

I try to fall asleep but it doesn't come easy. I miss my mom a lot. She died when I was 13 she was killed by a Rouge wolf. I'll never forget that day, my mother and I were in the middle of the wood picking black berries when this wolf came out of no where. My mom jumped in front of it and slammed him into a tree she grabs me and runs towards the pack house. The Rouge caught up to us and grabbed my mom's hind leg. she drops me and I ran as fast as I could, I see the warriors running towards my mom. It was the worst day of my life and my dad has been over protective ever since.
I really miss my mom she use to sing to me every night. I miss watching her practice her magic. see my mom was a Wiccan and a werewolf she was very powerful she told me I will get my powers on my 18th birthday. I really wish she was here. I love my dad but my mom was my best friend.
I finally fall asleep thinking about my my mom.
