I wake up around 8 am and shower and put on a sports bra and basket ball shorts and head out to the training field. I text renee and let her know to meet me when she wakes up.
I'm keep replying last night in my head I can't believe I kissed Ricky. I don't want this to mess up our friendship. I'm distracted from my thoughts when I see alpha sora jogging on the track, he sees me and smiles at me, I wave and he comes over to me.
Alpha sora: hey you want a training partner?
Yes I'd like that. You got anyone in mind? I say with a side smile.
Alpha sora: yea me, if you think you can keep up with me that is.
Oh this is going to be fun I say getting into my ready stance, he charges first I dodge laying a blow to his side and moving to the left. He comes at me again I slide out the way and jump on his back he flips me and I land hard.
Topaz: I like him he doesn't hold back.
Veena: yea now let's show him we don't hold back either.
I get up and get into my ready stance and he charges me again I move out the way and trip him and he go's down I get on top of him and pin him down. He looks at me and smiles, God he has a beautiful smile and his eyes I'm so caught up that I didn't notice renee or Ricky walk up.
(Ahem renee clears her throat)
Renee:are we interrupting something?
I jump up and fix myself and alpha sora gets up and dust off his pants
Alpha sora: no we were just doing a little sparing. But if you'll excuse me I do need to get ready I do have a meeting with your father and other alphas in a few.
I can see Ricky roll his eyes and give sora a dirty look. He then gives me a look and walks away. Renee catches the look he gives me.
What's that about? she says. I tell her everything.
She just stares at me.
Renee stop looking at me like that okay.
Renee: well what are you gonna do?
Veena: I don't know, I don't want to start a relationship right now I trun 18 In 6 weeks what if I find my mate if I'm in a relationship I would end up hurting Ricky and it could mess up our friendship.
Renee: I understand, so that brings me to my next question. What's up with you and alpha sora?
I explain to her how I was feeling with that whole situation. We sit there for a few minutes talking. Then decide we should grab some lunch. As we're In the kitchen alpha sora and alpha Terri walks in and over to us.
Alpha sora: hey ladies,
Veena: hey, how was the meeting with my dad.
Alpha sora: it went well, business is handled sooooo how about that tour.
Veena: sure, just give me 30 minutes please
Alaph sora: sure we'll be down here.
(Two hours later)
After the tour we depart ways and get ready for dinner. I meet renee out by the buffet and we fix our plates and sit down and eat. After eating the pack leaders sign the unity truce and then everyone starts to leave. I notice alpha sora leaving. I decided to give him my number something in me couldn't just let him leave without getting his number.
Veena: alpha sora.
Alpha sora: oh Veena there you are I was hoping I could get your number before I left.
I put my number in his phone, he gives me a hug and kiss on the cheek and he leaves. As I'm making my way to my room I see Ricky standing at my door.
He looks like he's a little upset.
I look at him and ask him what's wrong and he glares at me
Ricky: so what's that about with alpha sora
Veena: omg Ricky stop being over protective.
Ricky: I'M NOT it's just
He pauses
Veena: It's just what Ricky, I'm a big girl I can handle my self. I like him
Ricky: damn it Veena I LOVE YOU! CANT YOU SEE THAT
Before I can say anything he storms off leaving me there lost asl.
