Sam is talking on his cell phone as he walks into the dining hall.
"Yeah, I got it Okay, thanks again." His Cellphone beeps as he disconnects the call "So, according to the coroner, part of Harold's frontal lobe was missing." Sam Says
"And that tracks with Banshees." Dean Says
"Banshees? I thought Banshees were good." Sam Says
"The ones tied to fairy lore are they cry out as a warning to a victim's impending death."
Dean hands an iPad to Sam with a page open to 'Ancient Origins, Banshee'.
"But these guys... are malevolent Banshees total dick bags. They use their piercing scream to drive their prey crazy. Forces the vics to crack open their own eggs, and then the Banshees feed on the yolk.
Oh, and the only people who can hear the
Banshee's scream are the vics." Dean Says
"Well, that would explain why Mildred didn't hear anything." Sam Says
"Oh, and they, uh, travel through mist, which explains how they got into Harold's locked room. And they only prey on the vulnerable." Dean Says
"Harold did just have hip replacement surgery." Sam Says
"And Arthur's wife just left him. Broken heart." Dean Says
"That's a kind of vulnerable, I guess." Sam Says
"They hunt the same place until it's picked clean. And they only hunt at night, so that just gives us a few hours to figure out who's next." Dean Says
"Then how do we kill it?" Sam Asks
"Gold blade. I don't have any in the trunk, so I got to head back to the bunker and grab a couple. You stay here and figure out who in this place is vulnerable." Dean Says
Outside the retirement home, Dean walks to the Impala and gets in. As he pulls away the deaf woman from housekeeping is watching him from a second story window.

MOTEL ROOM
Elena is currently asleep but wakes up when she hears noise, she rises and looks over to see Katherine raiding the fridge.
"Oh it's you.." Elena Says, rubbing her eyes.
"Ew!, you know you have expired milk in here. You definitely need to go shopping." Katherine Says
"I know, look I know I was to out of it last night.
But Katherine why are you here?" Elena Asks
"Well I was in town just visiting this beautiful town, total tourist attraction. And as I was on my way to the bar, I saw a certain familiar face..good ol' Elena Singer." Katherine Says
"So what you helped me out with the kindness of your heart." Elena Says
"Yes..because that's the second time I've saved you, so I guess that makes us square." Katherine Says
"Hmm, I thought you hated me. You know since we're doppelgänger's and all." Elena Says
"I mean we are but things change, I don't totally hate you like I used too. Plus I got other stuff to worry about than killing you, Now answer me this, how come you didn't recognize me..I mean I'm hard to not remember." Katherine Says
