CHAPTER 30

Bondita came down and was astonished to see the dining table set with lots of food, punjabi food. She looked at seerat, who was setting the table, and went towards her.

"Seerat didi yeh sab aapne akele banaya?"

"Haan bondita. Kal mujhe pata nhi tha ki tum aur dada aa rhe ho varna kal bhi tumhe aacha khana khilati. Par koi na kal nhi toh aaj sahi."

"Didi kal ka khana bhi kafi swadisht tha Shotti. Main apki madad kar du kya?"

"Ji nhi tum bas aaram se baitho aur khane ka maza lo. Chalo jaldi se baith jao."

Bondita looked at the table and took her seat. Anirudh and randhir came down at that moment and took their respective seats. Seerat started serving them and after that she too settled down. Randhir served her and looked at her with a lovely smile making seerat blush a little. Anirudh and bondita looked at them and smiled. All of tgem started eating.

"Khana toh kafi tasty hai boudi."

"Shotti didi, maan toh kar rha hai sab kha jau mei."

"Arey toh lo na kisne roka hai." Seerat offered bondita more food. After finishing their food they had panjeeri(a punjabi sweet dish whis is very delicious). 

"Kal na hum sab ghumne chalte hai kyu ji?" Seerta said while looking at randhir to which he nodded. Bondita started jumping and clapping her hands while anirudh looked at her with a smile, maybe his old natkhat bondita is coming back.

"Sach mei didi, hum kaha jaenge aur kya kahenge? Mujhe na kulfi khani hai aur mujhe sarso ke khet mei bhi jana hai aur..."

"Bas bas bondita saans toh lo. Aur tumhe kisne batya sarso ke khet ke baare mei?"

"Arey patibabu ubha jab veerji aur main baat kar rhe thee na tab veerji ne batya tha ki kaise voh shaitani karke kheto mei chup jate thee daant se bachne ke liye." 

"Shaitani karna toh dusra naam hai randhir ka. Yaad hai na college mei kaise..." before anirudh could finish randhir kept his hand on anirudh's moth and started dragging him towards terrace.

"Arey veerji bata toh sahi kya kiya tha inhone college mei, aur aap chodo veerji ko batane doh. Main bhi toh janu kya kya gul khilae thee apne."

"Meri pyari seerat kaure, tu kamre mei ja main vapis aakar sab bataunga. Aur bondita tum bhi apne kamre mei jao chalo, kal ghumne jana hai na toh abhi sone jao." Saying this, he along whit anirudh climbed up the stairs. 

Seerat and bondita looked at them and then at each other. "Hum kyu sone jae, chalo bondita hum mere kamre mei chalte hai aur baateun karte hai. Jab se tum aai ho tumhare saath waqt hi nhi bitya maine."

"Chalo didi."

Reaching terrace randhir let go his hand from anirudh's mouth. Anirudh laughed at him while randhir made his way towards the cot. He sat there and raised his hand gesturing anirudh to sit next to you. A laughing anirudh made his way towards the cot and settled down.

"Kya yaar randhir mujhe nhi pata tha tum aise react karoge."

"Agar tera hasna ho gya ho toh baat kare hum. Main yaha tujhe humare college ke kisse yaad karne ya hassi mazak karne nhi laya hun."

Anirudh stopped laughing seeing randhir all serious. "Haan bolo kya baat hai."

"Phele toh mujhe maaf karna main teri aur bondita ki baat sunnna nhi chahta tha par rok nhi paya khud ko. Jis tarha se tunhe usse samjhya na kafi aacha laga. Aur sabs aachi baat yeh hai ki bondita samaj gyi tera point. Par anirudh tunhe yeh kyu kaha ki voh agar kisi aur se pyaar kare toh theek hai."
