The night sky is clear with stars winking to those who wish hopeful dreams for them. Yachi and Kageyama whisper silent longings in their young hearts, hoping the one beside them feels the warmth they feel themselves.
"Hey Yachi, once we get back, do you think we can hang out for a while in the cafe near school? You know before I take you back to your home before dinner?" Kageyama asked while sitting beside Yachi on the nearby bench outside the court.
"Yes... sure". Yachi smiled. Kageyama is so gentle with her. She can't help but feel fuzzy around him. He makes her feel protected.
But just like Florida skies, the night turned darker and the moon hid behind the lonesome clouds in just a matter of few minutes. Yachi shivered as the night breathed cold air carrying the smell of earth and summer rain.
Kageyama noticed this and covered her with his own jacket. He stood up and held out his hand to Yachi.
"I should get you back to your room with other girls. It looks like it's gonna rain."
Yachi took his hand and they walked holding hands until they noticed a tall player carrying someone like a child who seemed to be sleeping. They slowly let go of each other and approached Tsukishima. Kageyama hastened his walk when he realized it was his best friend.
"What happened?!" He looked at Tsukishima. "Hinata Boke!" Unconsciously Kageyama reached to Hinata as if wanting to take him from Tsukishima. Tsukishima, however, slightly averted.
"Shhh... he's sleeping. He was crying a while ago because he was hit by a spiked ball at the back of his head. He said it hurt. Now tell me where his futon is so I can lay him down already. He may be small but he is heavy."
"Does he have a bump?" Yachi gasped. Kageyama looked at her and rubbed her shoulders.
"We'll check on him okay? Maybe you can get an ice pack from the kitchen?" Kageyama suggested to her.
"Tsk no, just tell me where he set up his futon. You can take Yachi back to the girls' room, then you get an ice pack on your way back."
"Yeah, well that's better. He is set up at the corner rightmost near the window. You will see his bag with the round plushie keychain near his head pillow. Thanks Tsukishima". Kageyama then took Yachi's hand urging her to walk a bit faster since it was starting to drizzle and they were still outside.
Upon reaching the girls' designated room, Yachi removed the jacket and gave it back to Kageyama. As Kageyama slipped his arms, Yachi pulled the jacket by the collar and gave him a quick peck on his left cheek.
"Thank you, Kageyama. Hope Hinata recovers quick. Bye!" And she immediately closed the door.
Kageyama was taken aback and gently touched his cheek where Yachi's lips touched. He then remembered he had to go to the kitchen to get an ice pack.

Tsukishima found Hinata's futon. He knelt slowly and was about to lay Hinata down when he started to wake up. Tsukishima straightens up to check on Hinata.
"Tsukishima?" Hinata's innocent eyes laid on Tsukishima's golden brown eyes. His hands rested on Tsukishima's chest.
"I— I'm sorr—"
"How's your head?" Tsukishima's words were soft and endearing.
"Ahm... I got a bit of a headache."
Tsukishima gently ran his finger at the back of Hinata's head trying to feel any bump.
"Looks like there's no bump. The force gave you a headache though. Maybe you should rest early. Don't visit Kenma tonight."
"O—okay". Hinata blushed. He is still straddled to him. Silence befell them.
Where is the old Tsukishima? Was he hit in the head as well? This one is not bad though. And I am fucking straddled in him right now. Seriously?
Tsukishima still has his hands wrapped around Hinata's waist. Hinata slowly cupped Tsukishima's face and stared into his eyes.
"Who are you? What did you do to Tsukishima?"
"I take over this body whenever it's just the two of us. Does that make sense?"
"No... but I like it. If it's like that, can I do this?..." Hinata kissed Tsukishima's left cheek. He then nuzzled into Tsukishima's neck in embarrassment.
"You can do more though?"
"Oh?" Hinata pecked Tsukishima's lips. Both of them blushed. He kissed him again... and again... and again... just tiny kisses that made Tsukishima close his eyes.
"I...I like you Kei."
Tsukishima opened his eyes. He reached for Hinata's right cheek, pulled him gently, and kissed him deeply. Forcing Hinata to open his mouth and their tongue danced. Slowly. Seductively. Hinata moaned and ground his hips.
Tsukishima broke the kiss and kissed Hinata's neck.
"No... no no no... you can't do that Sho... that's unfair." Tsukishima slowly removed Hinata from his lap and laid him on his futon.
"Kageyama is coming back soon to bring an ice pack. You may not need it for the bump but maybe for your headache?" Tsukishima pulled a blanket over Hinata.
"Sho... can we keep this between us for now? I'm not ready to come out yet. I also haven't fully understood what I feel. But, I do like you. Believe me, I do. That is obvious by now I think?"
"Okay, Kei..." Tsukishima kissed him deeply once again. Leaving Hinata in a haze. Tsukishima smirked, stood up, and was about to leave when the door opened.
"Boke!" Kageyama entered with an ice pack in his right hand.
"Let him rest. His cute brain was rattled by the spike. So stop shouting or you'll worsen his headache."
"Oh yeah, right. Thank you Tsukishima!"
"Yeah, whatever." Tsukishima left to get his things left in the court.
Kageyama once again saw his best friend spacing out because of Tsukishima.
Hinata was so drunk in kisses.
